Better than expected prebuilt

The overall build quality was better than expected. Cables are managed really well. In one of these the cables were managed a little too tightly and one of the fan LED headers was pulled out of the controller. Overall a decent prebuilt.

Great Pre-Built Gaming PC

The system is very nice for being a pre-built system for gaming. The liquid cooling and the processor is outstanding! This will be a great overall gaming computer for me as a beginner. Thanks CyberPower and Best Buy for putting together a great system!!!! Best Buy Had a Great Price for this system

High TEMP, despite the number of cooling fans

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall the computer works great and is able to run triple A game with a bit of sacrifice in performance when the graphics are set as "ULTRA" - If you are a gamer who is looking to run all games at its highest specs, I would advise that you spend more to get another PC. I am leaving a review here mainly because of the support team at Cyberpower. I have made numerous attempts to contact them via phone (no agent available) or email. NO response. The issue is that the computer overheats very easily with the GPU TEMP going over 90C. I have well reviewed and troubleshooted all possibilities of the causes through their support website but no improvement. I won't even name the amount of videos I watched on YouTube to solve this issue myself. One single phone call with the support team would be nice especially when you buy a computer that is worth over $1000 dollars.

Gaming computer for work??? Heck yeah!

I had been doing my work on it on an internet based software. It was so fast!!! I could do in 30 min what takes me an hour and a half at work, just because of the processor. I decided I wanted my own and also have one at work now... I know a gaming computer for work?? I do website stuff and Yeah! For work! Love it!!!
