Came in excellent condition. Wiring is very neat and tucked away without interrupting other internal devices. Only problem was that the case fan lights weren’t properly connected so I had to connect them. Monitor comes in a few days, let’s see how it performs.

It a decent computer, It crashed a few times but that could be due to the amount of strain I put on it, however, the amount of ram could have been better but it a pre-built so there has to be a compromise somewhere

My boyfriend built his own pc, so he was my go-to when I started looking into getting one. The look of it was my selling point, but the specs were great, even better than my boyfriend’s! We had a lot of fun unboxing this, and our cats have a new favorite box!

Great machine! I waited way to long to buy a new computer. I didn't realize how slow my old computer was until I powered up the new machine. I have adjusted the fan speed on the graphic card to lower the temperature from 48 to 33 degrees.

I love my gaming computer! I’ve run it through the gauntlet both running intensive use games while live streaming at the same time with no drop in quality of gameplay or stream quality. Perfect for my needs!

Great computer so far! Have only had it for a few days as of writing this review but have had no issues yet. This is a huge step forward considering the first two PC's (different brands) I got didn't work. Overall very happy with this product!

Great specs for the price but I had a lot of issues out of the box. RGB controller wasn’t hooked up, multiple wires were unplugged and cpu cooler not plugged in. Also had to reseat video card and ram. Works great now.

It's setup to game out of the box. I've had some issues with the gpu but that's not the fault of Best Buy or Cyberpower. However it was missing the mouse. Overall it's great but 4 stars because it didn't have a mouse.

Good quality gaming PC with best pricing on market, best buy pricing and shipping service were outstanding. PC performed well at 144 fps in Overwatch game.

Had some initial issues with the CPU, but with a decent RMA process and a bit of time, it runs pretty well. Plus it included a decent graphics card, which is hard to find at MSRP these days.

Bought the Supreme Gaming Desktop , great starter PC and so far has been running great. However, I recommend doing a fresh reinstall of windows 10 as I got a blue screen on the first day I had the PC but no more problems after that.

This is an excellent gaming pc. There are plenty of expansion options (2x 3.5 inch harddrive bay, 2x 2.5 SSD attachment points, 2x DRAM slots). The video card is very powerful and is liquid cooled so it is (relatively speaking) quite.

Great computer. Second one from Cyberpower that i have owned. Haven't had issues yet. Love the design and the colors as it lights up. Gameplay has been great and have had no issues running any games.

I really liked this pc and waited over a week for it, but on the second day the monitor would suddenly just say there was no signal and wouldn’t fix itself until I hard reset the pc and/or push in the video card which was from Asus. I don’t really have the time to deal with customer service so I will just return it. The mouse came broken as well which wasn’t exciting. At least it was fast and ran very well when it worked. Kinda disappointed though :/

It is great pc i love it it is super fast i purchase one before and that is is the second one for my son the first one i have it for a year no issue at all i always use best buy store they have the best quality and best service

Make sure you update the software before downloading anything that was my mistake with the first one I bought had to return because it was glitching but got it replaced & the new one works great

Excellent gaming rig! If you priced out these exact same parts and tried to build this yourself you would spend way more money. One of the best gaming computer builders around.

The computer is fast and capable, but the keyboard has sticky keys and some are dysfunctional..... The fan didn't work properly out of the box. Otherwise, seems like a good deal for the price.

Great computer compared to my last one but it over heats easily and has been shutting down automatically every few days for no reason and I’ve had this computer for less then two months.

All and all I'm happy. Far from perfect, but not a bad value for price. The fans were hooked up very lazily, causing the rear fan led not to work. Fixed it. But the case is a little bent.
