Fast shipping, Computer works fast, case high quality, fans super quiet and beautiful. You just need to check some cables may loose due to shipping. I just back to Window fro Macbook and I love this PC so much. A great price also.

Good PC. I would have given this 5 stars but my computer has started crashing randomly 2 months in. I'm about to test their warranty service. I'll add more to this once I see how that goes.

Definitely one of the best pre builds Cumberland power offers. Honestly 85% of the time pre builds like this are terrible computers but this is acually a good computer they didn’t skimp on specs.

Ordered this PC in December. From day one, a green screen would pop and the computer would reset. This happens randomly, and daily. When this does not happen, the computer runs smoothly. When we called the support, we were instructed to take the computer to the store and there would be no extra charges for any assessments or repairs. To my surprise, the attendant who checked me in asked me to pay 99 dollars for the assessment and informed me that there may be "additional charges". We ended up paying because other other option was to ship the computer, a service that could take 4-6 weeks.. Between the technical issues and the unacceptable 'support', I am giving this one star.

The computer booted right out of the box. I added my two hd and the system recognized the right off. For the price I am impressed with what you get. I was not expecting a liquid cooled system for this price.

Solid PC overall. Only problem is the RGB on all three fans stopped working after about 6-7 months... and I have no clue how to fix it or replace it. :/ seems complicated.

Solid build and cable management. The ports on top are virtually unusable as they get pushed into the case when trying to plug a cable in. Other than that a pretty nice computer.

I've had it for a couple of days now and I'm impressed. It was nice and easy to set up for a first desktop, I haven't had any problems downloading the applications I want, and the rgb lighting looks phenomenal.

This PC is the best! Replaced my older PC with this one and felt an immediate difference. It is much faster and gaming experience is much more enjoyable. Looking for a gaming PC? Highly recommend this one!

can run pretty much every game pretty well, but i've been having so many issues with it, you're better off just building your own pc

great pc,runs everything smooth, the downside it had was that for someone reason it only had 8gb of ram instead of the 16 it says.

I bought the PC on Nov 28 and received on December 2. The PC is huge and looks nice since I had not seen it before in person. Now the Bad part. I plugged in my new pc and my monitors kept going into sleep mode. I rebooted the PC a few times and then got the windows recovery screen, finally something besides black screens. I started the recovery option and 20 or 30 minutes later monitors went to sleep. I was again stuck with a PC that would not boot into windows. I checked all connectors, removed Ram, GPU, NVME Drive and placed all components back with no difference. Today Dec 3 I bought a thumb drive downloaded windows 10 and built a boot device. I loaded windows successfully and started adding editing software to start testing the PC and then my monitors went to sleep and PC stopped responding again. PC worked maybe 15 minutes into the fresh windows 10 install. I believe a faulty device(s) is the issue. Could be the SSD, MOBO, GPU etc. I cant risk my money at this moment so a return is my nest step. This Prebuilt PC is cheaper than building my own PC using the same parts so for the $999 price was a no brainer. What's Next. I am installing my 10 year old PC back at the moment so I can do some research.

The pc is honestly pretty good for the price but the mouse that came with it had faulty dpi change buttons and now I cant change the dpi at all they just fell in and stopped working.

I bought this PC for my son and he loved the PC, we compare the similar PC on other sites but with this price and graphics card this one is best, my son loved it and my daughter loved to play with the lights ;)

Overpriced for current market but needed a computer for my nephew. Glad I bought because prices only went up with stock dwindling. Good build quality for a pre-made.

so far this has been the best pc i have bought as a prebuilt. i would suggest cyberpower to anyone looking to getting into gaming on a smooth reliable machine like this !

Great PC for the price! Had minor issues such as PC just restarting out of nowhere then boot right up to Bios to choose which drive to run; easy problem to fix though.

Honestly don't even waste your time. Runs insanely hot, constant crashes even when running on low settings. When it works it's great but you're going to have multiple shutoffs.

I am very happy with my PC purchase loving a computer I got another one which I returned which Best buy was very helpful and gave me no issues I answered a couple of their questions and they returned it for me

When I received this PC in the mail, I was very excited, as it is a big upgrade from my current PC. However upon opening and unpacking the box I was met with a horror show. The entire case for the PC was smashed and bent to the point where it did not even close properly. There were missing screws as well so panels were hanging on half attached. Upon opening up the case I immediately noticed that there were more unattached connections than attached ones. I am furious. For the amount of money spent on this you would think that they would provide you with an undamaged and usable PC. The worst part of it is that it appears that it was assembled this way, and not damaged in shipping. I am currently trying to find a way to return, exchange, or get a refund for it. Overall, extremely disappointed
