I unfortunately had to return it within a week because the graphics card just stopped working on it. It was very pretty to look at. But where the poorer supply is, it’s too difficult to get to. And for such a big case they didn’t have to cramp everything so very tiny fingers could not fit in. Otherwise I was sad I had to return it. I’ll be looking for something else out of personal preference. Best Buy was very efficient and quick in letting me return though. Always happy with their customer service.

TLDR: damaged on arrival, best buy wouldn't replace system. So, this is a great deal especially with early black friday sales. I purchased this setup on november 15th when the system was discounted to $999.99 and received it the next day. After I started using it, I experienced intermittent graphical errors. I spent some time troubleshooting to make sure the problem wasn't a driver issue or something similarly simple. Eventually, I determined that I needed to exchange it for a system that functioned correctly. Best buy refused to exchange it for the same system or replace it with a like system. The only options provided were to keep the computer or refund it and go shopping elsewhere. Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with both the product quality and the service I received. This was an excellent deal on a sale, so to purchase something comparable will cost me an additional three hundred dollars or so.

Some of the dust covers for the HDMI and display ports are really hard to get out. Seems like they're stuck. Hard to put in display cords. Other than that this thing runs perfect

Excellent! So far so good with no issues. Not sure what people are complaining about when it comes to the dual monitor issue. Very simple, go buy a display port cable for $10 and plug it in.

It was good. I recommend changing the fan speeds so it doesn't overheat. The packing material was a nightmare, It was put incorrectly and nearly broke everything.

Beautiful case with quality parts. I love the quality fans and cooper. I personally don't like RGB, but it does look good when flexing on friends. No Bloatware and good cable management.

Very nice computer. I have tried running several different games on it and they all respond great. Load time with the SSD are down to nothing and my frame rates are high. Good buy for the money.

Really like this computer. I built my previous one, but wanted to jump into something prebuilt and convenient this time and it's been a solid machine for VR and gaming at a good price point.

Just received my Pc and so far everything is running great, the packaging was excellent nothing was broken. For this being my first gaming pc I am impressed so far.

Overall I have been really happy with the computer even with the faulty graphics card that I was given at the start. Thanks to the best buy team however it was a mistake that was easily rectified.

I picked up this prebuilt last year. Its been a decent rig so far, although Ive been having some recent problems with the Radeon RX 5700 XT GPU.

Was disappointed that my order came in late but understand with the covid and all. Otherwise was very happy with the help I got from BB staff and Geek squad.

i was searching for months for a cool specced computer and finally pulled the trigger and WOW looks amazing now I have a real gaming computer bling bling way to go cyberpower pc highly recommended

Honestly, was a bit worried about ordering a pre-built PC, rather than building my own, but mine came very-well assembled. Also, kinda puts my cable management skills to shame!

So far, this computer seem pretty good. The only thing keeping it from a 5 star is it gets kind of loud, and hot too. But as long as the game running smooth, I'm good

Overall rating suffered because we had a problem with the first PC that required a return and replacement. Replacement seems to be operating fine so far.

Computer runs great but only had it for 25 days and am getting hardware failure in which best buy says they can not do anything because it is past the first 15 days.

I honestly could not be happier with my purchase. This prebuilt runs so smooth and has tons of storage, a major upgrade from my previous laptop. Wonderful for gaming and great value.

New computer. Excited to see how it performs. The tower was damaged with a chip in front and a dent on top. Let's see how this performs in the next few months.
