This PC has everything a person could’ve wanted and more due to how good the CPU is and the storage available and it’s several different options of lights on the outside. Overall a great PC.

The desktop overall works great after a few weeks of use, easy to set up, had no issues with it. However, the mouse had 2 broken buttons that switch the lighting, but it's not a big deal.

I’ve had this PC for three months now and it’s run beautiful I’ve added three RGB sense to the front to give us an extra calling it was colder than before perfect perfect

The computer is awesome for the performance and price, the only flaw is that there is a chance that an time could be defective. It took me less than two weeks to get my first blue screen of Death. Beware of what you're buying. It still runs great though, just check of defective components

I've really like this computer thus far. I think it was a good value, I like the case esthetic, cables inside are clean and out of the way, the mouse and keyboard are okay.

This computer is amazing. The quality is amazing and saved money compared to building it myself. Highly recommend this computer to any and all looking for a new computer.

This tower is fantastic, I had a friend who games on PC and builds his own look at it and he told me that was a great deal. I love it so much! I am very happy with this purchase!!

The lights alone are reason to grab this computer. It was nerve-wrecking to commit to a purchase like this, but set-up was a breeze and I'm excited to put this to the test.

It's a great computer, only complaint I had was windows wouldn't authenticate at first but was able to sort that out quickly. Highly recommend

For a pre-built pc this checks all the boxes. Great for gaming. Does what its expected to do. Customizable to an extent with rgb options. Love the tempered glass side panels.

I would give this 5 stars however, multiple times time it instantly turns to a green screen and then black and into an auto-restart mode. It does restart very quickly due to its solid-state drive...lol but I'm seriously worried there is something wrong with the video card. If it happens again soon I may have to contact BestBuy and see what I need to do (return or repair). I'll update the review once I figure out what is wrong with it and it's fixed.

Bought for $1300 and it runs amazing-not even a week or two later it goes on sale for $500 cheaper.. lord help me.

Has Been great the past year. Heats up a bit but it was fixed with new cooler AIO and moviving fans arouund. Great PC So far.

The overall build of the PC is ok but there are a few things that need to be improved. 1. Under a heavy load, the PC will lock up due to cooling issues even though this is a water cooled CPU. Now I now, water cooling is not always the way to go but when you are running a game for 15 minutes and it locks up there are some issues here. This may have something to do with the only expansion slot is located next to the GPU (may block airflow) 2. The Motherboard is ok. I would have rather paid $30.00 more (overall price) for one that allowed additional expansion as this only has one slot. Yes, I run a sound card (need TOSLINK out) to run to my speakers. 3. One of the thumbscrews were stripped on the case so it made it very difficult to tighten. I ended up using a spare I had and this fixed the problem. 4. The LEDs stopped working within a day and could not get them to turn back on. I went into the BIOS and they are enabled and still nothing. I guess this PC will be going back as there are far too many issues on a day old “gaming” PC.

for being a pre-built gaming pc it was surprising put together and designed quiet well.....was just what i was looking for when purchasing my sons first gaming PC

I love this computer! One down side is it doesn't come with TPM 2.0 capability so no windows 11 without adding it yourself.

Only issue I've had with this PC is that the ssd gave out after literally 4 months, wasn't a big deal just annoying which is why I rated it a 4 star

System came in on time, no bloatware, very easy setup, wish it had a little more customization of RGB. Overall very satisfied with Purchase.

Start up is incredibly fast! After 1 week of using this computer for sim racing, I had one minor graphic issue that cleared with a reboot.

everything is great, but i put 4 stars for a reason because when I over clock it, i get a blue screen here and there. it is a powerful machine
