I've had this computer for a few months now, it was great absolutely great the first few weeks but I noticed it was running super hot, and then it began to over heat. Took it in to best buy and they told me to contact cyber power, it's been weeks and I can't get a hold of anyone lol. I'll be changing case and adding fans, not super happy with the experience. But besides that its pretty good.

    Frame Skipping

So, ever since I received the Comouter and started to play warzone the frames skip. I have a 27in 1ms 165HZ monitor. When playing the GPS says is running between 145 and 150. However it is very frustrating. This skipping issues feels like if I was lagging but it is not. I email cyberpowerpc just now. Hopefully someone can help. Other than that the computer is nice. Any insight will be great.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Effectively, this computer had numerous issues with it on ship that I had to fix myself. The first being that windows was not activated. Which was no big deal, I just called customer service and they activated it remotely. Then, it started to shut off randomly. I thought it was only an issue with the power supply, which had a WHOLE PIN MISSING. Fixed it and it went along... For a while. And now it's crashing a ton again, and I have to determine whether or not it's RAM, the motherboard, or the thermal paste being poorly applied. This is so much work for something that ultimately I thought would be low-maintenance. Just build a PC yourself or find yourself one that you won't have to do constant maintenance on.

Buy something else if you're VR gaming

I bought this as a VR gaming machine and have had nothing but problems. I missed the return date because I thought I had 30 days. Very upset and highly disappointed. One of my biggest gripes is the advertising of PCIe slots. Yes, there are extra slots, but none of them are usable because the graphics card covers them all. Another being the USB 3.1 ports on the back of the machine are actually worse than the front (top) ports. All of my graphics issues are intensified if I use the back ports. I've had this computer a month, playing about 2-6 hours a day, and my GPU has crashed nearly a dozen times already (one time it crashed just browsing the internet through Chrome). I've played with a Quest and Rift S. Mostly playing VRChat and Rec Room. VRChat can get a bit graphically intense on certain worlds. Rec Room, however, has stupid simple graphics and this machine should be able to run the absolute max with zero problems whatsoever. And yet, I freeze, stutter, and crash constantly. Unfortunately, the GPU has not been the only problem. I had some issues a week in and did a Windows Refresh. It corrupted the drive and I had to make a USB to install Windows from scratch. (This is potentially a Windows problem and not the PC itself) So VR, I started with a Quest using Oculus Link. I was having some issues and updated to the latest drivers. All my games started crashing, so I rolled back (system restore) to stock drivers. With these, I still get freezing, stutters, and booted to SteamVR Home. (Friends on the same settings with cheap rigs don't get booted as often as I do) Thinking it was the Quest at fault (higher GPU utilization due to compression and bugginess of Oculus Link), I bought a Rift S. The stock drivers wouldn't even recognize the DisplayPort, so I had to update. Once updated, the DP was recognized but games are nearly unplayable. I get TERRIBLE screen tearing to the point it makes me sick (I've already got my VR legs and use smooth turning and locomotion in every game with no problems). The freezing and stutter is even worse than the Quest with Link. I will do more testing to see if older driver releases (I've only used stock, and most recent releases) are any better. I will also look into the possibility of the card itself being faulty and get back to this review. As things stand, CyberPowerPC is the worst prebuilt machine I've ever touched. If you're considering this for mainly VR gaming, I'd go with something else. The low price point is not worth the hassle and headache of spending half your gaming time troubleshooting.
