great Gaming PC for a golf simulator, has worked flawlessly I just wish there was a 2nd HDMI port

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Effectively, this computer had numerous issues with it on ship that I had to fix myself. The first being that windows was not activated. Which was no big deal, I just called customer service and they activated it remotely. Then, it started to shut off randomly. I thought it was only an issue with the power supply, which had a WHOLE PIN MISSING. Fixed it and it went along... For a while. And now it's crashing a ton again, and I have to determine whether or not it's RAM, the motherboard, or the thermal paste being poorly applied. This is so much work for something that ultimately I thought would be low-maintenance. Just build a PC yourself or find yourself one that you won't have to do constant maintenance on.

Thought too much on what to get, when stepped into Bestbuy, the seller asked what i needed and pointed towards my new toy. I am happy.

Very beautiful design. Simple yet elegant. Runs fast and quick startup. Also comes with my favorite keyboard and mouse used by far.

I would have given a 5, but the top light does not work, but other than that great computer for gaming

This is my day 1 review so as of now no complaints! Insulation kept everything in place and all the cords were in their right spots!

Good PC given the current component availability issues. However, box and case arrived with damage. The front and side glass panel are cracked with obvious damage. Reached out to CyberpowerPC more than a week ago and still have not heard back. If you get an undamaged, functioning machine, it's an excellent purchase but if not, support may not materialize.

Item arrived on time and in perfect condition, It was well packaged, even though the box had some damage, the PC was unharmed.

IT WAS GOOD, BUT IT START TO FAIL AT ONE MONTH OF USE MAYBE BECAUSE IT WAS NOT MENT TO USE FOR THE GAME THAT MY SON PLAYS.

This computer js a great Quality and is super cool, has the ability to upgrade the components and change the light colors.

Bought this for my teenage son. Didn't see him come out of his room for the rest of Christmas break, so it must be good.

I'm happy with the purchase, did not have any issue since I got the computer, it runs very smooth with almost no fan noise

Components as advertised, assembled well, fit and finish are fine, much quieter than I expected.

My son have it for about six months and he is loving it as of now. I think this is a best buy for a little gamer.

Works great, but has issues after regular use just like any other computer at its price range or lower.
