happy about my PC, was so excited to get it and get it all set up. so far no issues with anything but a broken mouse.

Works great, but has issues after regular use just like any other computer at its price range or lower.

Overall it’s pretty nice, if there was one thing I’d complain about is the airflow of the case.

Awesome fast processor computer. My son uses it for online gaming and its wonderful. He is extremely happy with it.

The product was delivered within 4 days. It came with a mouse and a keyboard as well. Overall, I think it is a decent product.

Great gaming pc for the value the mouse had a problem though the dpi buttons were broken.

Got this instead of ps5, been using it for 2 weeks and forgot how nice it is to not have to do everything on a laptop

Grandkids love playing games on a great computer and the keyboard having the lights so they can play in the dark.

The computer gets really hot. I had to add a Corsair liquid cooler and now it runs amazing!

Have only had the pc for a few days, but so far it is working great and super fast. Connects 4 monitors with no problems!

This computer can handle anything you throw at it. I’m able to run dual monitors with heavy games and day to day tasks.

It’s really good for the price I paid, only problem is that gpu can get hot but that’s it.

I was always a ps4 player, the pc runs so much smoother. The graphics and programs really make you step up your game

I was happy until I noticed 3 Display ports we’re not working, only the HDMI port worked. I have a dual monitor setup so I NEED atleast two functioning ports. I tried different display port cables, display port to HDMI adapter , powered off monitors several times and restarted power sources. Nothing worked. Called CyberPowerPC who’s help was non existent. Spoke with virtual geek squad who didn’t even attempt a troubleshoot, just told me to make an appointment, Took it to Geek squad who offered 150$ charge for a “quick fix”.. Despite the tech already telling me he has no idea what’s wrong with it. Finally, They offered an even exchange with a wait time of a week and a half. Other than that, they said I can upgrade, but there was no PC inventory , and they had no idea when a new PC would be in stock. I couldn’t keep my PC that I paid for , I had to leave it at the store the same day I brought it to be checked for the “exchange”. I’m unhappy not only with CyberPowerPC tech supprt, but also with Best Buy and geek squad. Something as little as a discount on shipping could of tipped the scale. I paid over 1200$ for this pc, and excuse me for holding Best Buy and CyberPowerPC to such a high standard, But nothing was offered but more of a wait time. I am greatly disappointed.

Great value, great build gpu just runs a bit hot but other than that amazing build

All parts were top notch! Everything came in excellent conditions with no issues whatsoever... couldn't be happier!
