Very Nice Desktop

Great while it lasted; Support subpar.

However, 9 months since purchase, the AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT graphics card started failing in any graphically intensive games; All three DisplayPorts and the one HDMI ports will stop functioning, and the only way to get it to respond is to reboot the PC. I've opened a case with CyberPowerPC and so far the support has been unimpressive. The case I opened on the portal was marked "resolved" as soon as I submit it, and then it simply disappeared from my current and historical cases. I tried calling but the hold time is atrocious. I'll update the review (if that's an option) with the resolution of the case.
