Good Gaming PC for the price but.....

The first one I received started crashing with in the first couple days so I exchanged it for another one. This second one was working great up until a couple weeks ago when it just randomly shut down on me. All the temps were within their limits so so not sure why it crashed. All windows showed was a critical error that it was shutdown unexpectedly. Its done this to me two times in the past two weeks so I'm starting to get worried now. I need to look into the warranty to see about getting it replaced. I was originally going to give this a 5 start rating but after the two crashes I can't.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Im having doubts, its not even a year into owning this computer and I have had nothing but problems, half of of the cables were loose or not installed apon delivery, I can over look this because i would rather them being not installed rather than broken, but i have broken or not working fans that need replacement and it has mega cooling issues, I had previously bought a cyberpower back in like 2014 I loved that computer but I ended up giving it to my nephew, and bought this one. However it just cant run any game anymore with out crashing, I keep it in a cool room and it hardwood with I every week clean the room and dust the computer, however no matter what I do it doesn't seem to work.
