Computer works amazing no issues whatsoever graphic card is amazing

I was very disappointed with this computer. I thought it was a great combo and value. I loved the look of the computer and the components seemed very good. But right out of the box we had issues playing games with this computer. Whenever we would tax the GPU and push it moderately, it would crash out of the game and go back to the home screen. This happened on MSFS2020, Call of Duty, and Star Citizen. It would make it about ten minutes and crash. Did some research and saw that is a common issue with the RX5700 in this model, mainly because it runs too hot. I returned the computer and got the Aiges that has the Intel I7 and Nvidea RTX2070 Super 8 for a couple of hundred dollars more. Much better computer.

I bought another CyberPowerPC computer in may of 2020. (It was the PC that's half the price of this one.) I wrote a good review because it was working like a charm, but soon after I wrote my review, it started to randomly shut down and recently it started dropping frames. Unfortunately, I can't change that review, or at least I haven't found an option for it. I stream and I had been saving money to get another computer. I wanted to get an NZXT but I couldn't wait to get another computer because of the issues the first computer was having. NZXT wasn't in my price range yet and it would take longer than I could afford to wait. Unfortunately, this PC was the one that was in my price range, and it was ready. I've had the stupid thing two weeks (it was delivered Jan 5, 2021) and I've had multiple problems with it already. The USB 3.0 ports frequently don't work correctly. My capture card is constantly telling me it needs to be connected to a USB 3.0 when it's apparently already connected to one. I have to reconnect to a USB 3.0 port until I find one that recognizes the capture card. The display HDMI port frequently doesn't work, and my monitor can't find the anything to display. Same as the USB port, I have to keep reinserting the HDMI cable until it recognizes the monitor and displays the screen. Today the stupid computer shut off on me, and when I restarted it, dreading what was coming, it came up with a black screen that said "reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key." What? I have one day to return this, and unfortunately I don't have the time to return it in this short of a time frame. I wish I would have just gotten an NZXT and put what I couldn't afford on a credit card. Such a waste of $1200.

I would urge people NOT to purchase a pc from Cyberpower. If you look at my reviews (which I have many over the years) you would see that I'm a private citizen/individual and not an employee of any competing pc company. With that out of the way, the reason I urge people not to purchase a pc from Cyberpower is because I've purchased two of their pcs in the last three years. Both have broken down due to their hardware. My first pc, I bought it right here from Amazon and so I wrote a review about my experience with it. That pc broke down about a year and a half after I purchased it. Cyberpower's warranty only covers a year from the time you buy it. It had defective components. Specifically, it was overheating. Again, the problem was internal-defective parts. Cyberpower told me it was Amazon's problem. Amazon told me it was Cyberpower's problem. Thankfully, Amazon ultimately made it right with me and this pc. Cyberpower then left a comment under my review, complained that I should've contacted them in which case I responded that I did and that they were useless. My second pc broke down yesterday, again, due to defective internal parts. I bought that one from Bestbuy less than a year ago. Cyberpower's rep really wanted to know the exact date that I purchased my pc so they could determine whether or not I was covered under their one-year warranty. I communicated to them about my concerns with their pcs breaking down, not lasting and how my first one broke down after their one-year warranty. He responded that I'd be on the hook for any issues after their one-year warranty, including if it was due to their defective computer parts and/or negligence. Do not buy their terrible pcs. They will inevitably break down and you will come out of pocket for hundreds of dollars as I have been. I've spent hundreds of dollars already, as a result of their pcs not working properly.

Giving this a 4 out of 5 its a great computer just that it did not come with the driver software cd it was supposed to come with and no one knows how to get it
