Glad to see all good parts. Case is pretty big. Plenty of room for upgrading. Sadly the mouse came broken, the top 2 buttons are down in the mouse. Send me a new one please.

Bought a New CyberPowerPC and had the easiest setup, ever. I had one issue that was not their problem, that they helped me with. So great PC and great people to seek help.

Purchased this PC in October 2020. It is my first time buying a CyberPowerPC product. It worked well for about two weeks and after that I only had issues after issues. GPU would constantly run at 100 degrees no matter what game I played with any type of graphics settings causing the PC to shut off and reboot unexpectedly multiples times in a day (can happen through 15 minutes to 40 minutes during a game).
For a gaming PC, this is beyond terrible. For normal usage (web browsing, photoshop, videos) it has no issues but it does not work for what it is intended to do.
I tried many solutions after countless of wasted effort researched online and so far nothing has worked: Drivers up to date, Motherboard BIOS up to date, uninstall AMD Adrenalin software and update driver manually, changed fan speed manually (MSI) and many more useless tweaks and it keeps crashing. Checked the PSU and we have some Apevia junk that spells "Totol" Power in the specifications so what can we expect about all the other components? It became a sad ritual, turn on pc, discord with friends, join party, play game, crash, restart, go back to game, crash, restart, look for possible solution, try applying it, play game, crash, restart, cry, go to sleep, try again another day and same old story.
I will have to contact their support team but I doubt anything will change and all I can think of is that I have some faulty hardware. Wish I could return this junk and get a different brand as it is unacceptable for something that costs $1000 and is not even 4 months old. My 11 year old PC still runs smoothly compared to this.

A $1200 PC with junk keyboard and mouse and mediocre components. Keyboard came with a stuck key. Mouse died within 10 min of light use. Waited on the phone for almost 40min without assistance from the manufacture and this is on a regular posted business day/hours. The positive: Nice looking case. Quiet

GPU runs hot if you're playing games in high/ultra settings, would recommend adding three exhaust fans and that solved my issues.

I have never been so dissatisfied to receive a new product. I was ecstatic to set up this new PC, as soon as I took it out of the box I noticed that I was unable to use the HDMI port. Upon further investigation and I realized that none of the ports were usable. Not that they didn’t work, but you can’t plug anything in because of how the hardware is configured. The graphics card was in literally the worst place possible. You would think a prebuilt PC Would be ready to go straight out of the box. I had to return this PC after spending over an hour with the manufacturer support team. They provided no helpful solution other than shipping it to them for over $200 in addition to waiting several weeks to have it returned. I know this is not A dealbreaker for most people, as you could probably fix this easily if you know about computer hardware. However, I specifically bought this PC so that I did not have to reassemble any parts. This was my first purchase from this manufacturer, and I will never be making another purchase from this company ever again. I recommend literally any other prebuilt PC manufacturer, except this one. Whoever built this PC, should retire.
Tech-support recommended that I buy a new HDMI cable, which I did. However this didn’t help because of the placement of the ports is far too close to the edge of the frame I literally cannot plug anything in. So very disappointing, this oversight caused me to have to return this product. Don’t waste your money, put it to better use and get a IBUYPowerPC

I've had this pc for about three months now and well I should have returned it Week 1. The reason for that is this pc came with the fans preset super low, meaning when I decided to play games like rust, I meet the requirements but since the fans where preset low the pc ran into issues. Theses issues caused the pc to basically turn off completely and would have to be turned on by hand again. It took me about a week before I realized the issue and finally "fixed" it myself. Turns out the pc still randomly turns off. So if the fans weren't the issue, I couldn't figure out what was. When I open the AMD Radeon software after a system failure, a message appeared saying, "Default Radeon Wattman settings have been restored due to an unexpected system failure." That's it. That's all it told me. Not how to fix the issue causing the pc to fail, but just the settings had been reset. So I basically ignored the pc for a bit while doing research on how to fix it myself. I tried to update my drivers, I checked for corrupted files, which I found some so I thought maybe that was the issue, but nope. This led me to believe that maybe one of the components are defective. I haven't tried to call customer support but I just know they are going to tell me it is to late.

2 min after turning on the pc power supply the fans in the graphics card started making a loud sound as if they were hitting something. after opening the case and checking for what the fans were touching I found nothing. The fans won't run anymore and I've tried to play some games but the graphics are horrible and very laggy.
plz help
