Very good looking computer, runs and starts up great.

Motherboard stopped working less than a year after my purchase. At first the system ran smoothly but now the pc is stuck in an infinite boot loop sequence due to a problem with the motherboard going bad. Tech support is not responsive at Cyberpower which is very frustrating and I warn others not to purchase this build as there should be no reason why a brand new build stops working less than a year after buying it. Note that I do not use this PC for any stress tests and I mainly use this PC for casual gaming.

My first step into gaming so far is a promising one.

My first pc and tbh i am very happy i chose this pc

This computer is great. I turned my computer off last night after playing some games. I turned it on this morning and it didnt want to load into windows. It was stuck in the CyberPower loading screen. I tried fifteen different fixes. Nothing worked. I also called tech support. Ryan (tech supp guy) had me take out a battery from the motherboard and then place it back in....still... didn't work. I bought another CyberPower computer 5 years ago and that one is still running. I never had issues with it. Also, the keyboard that came with that one was made waaaaaay better than this flimsy new one. The mouse is also pretty horrible. I will update this tomorrow.

I really liked it, not a bad system for the price.

I have never had a pc break on me before this one. It's less than two months old and will no longer boot. It worked out of the box. It worked perfectly fine until last week. Then the USB ports stopped working. After maybe 3 reboots to try and fix the issue, the PC will no longer turn on. I didn't buy insurance for the pc because I have never had one breakdown. I guess this is regret. At least my old pc is still functional.

Everything is going great with the pc, but the mouse that came with it was broken when I took it out of the box. The rgb buttons were permanently pressed in and something is shaking around on the inside? So that sucks.

This is a truly honest review. By writing a good review you get 10 dollars which messes up the rating system. The computer constantly shut down and would go to the bios. From that point you had to do a manual reset. The cooling system is very bad and I would recommend getting a new one. Also if you have a problem the customer service at geek squad is very bad and will not help you at all. When you get the computer make sure everything is installed right and works. If you have the option to build you should do it. This computer has good specs but will most likely give you a lot of trouble.
