I bought this PC during Black Friday for $999. It was an amazing deal and I was glad to get ahold of it. The setup was simple and I was up and running in a couple hours after receiving the PC. FYI - if you have an Xbox/PC compatible headset with only one 3.5 jack, you need to buy a reverse splitter so that you can hear/talk out of your headset. You need a splitter with a 3.5mm female to 2 dual 3.5mm male headphone mic Y splitter cable. This is because your Xbox controller can handle voice in/out and audio in/out via 1 port, but the PC has separate ports for voice in/out and audio in/out. The splitter is cheap, just $10 on amazon. Unfortunately, the 5700xt made Warzone completely unplayable for 2 reasons. 1. I received a stutter every 6-10 seconds that would freeze my game for about one second, and in Warzone that puts you at a significant disadvantage. I fell to my death multiple times because my game would stutter in the critical moments when I needed to open my chute. 2. I would constantly get kicked out of games. Some times there would be no explanation, sometimes I would get Dev Error 6068 and AMD driver timeout errors. For the two weeks I had the PC, I was able to play through less than 15 full games, and I queued about 70 games. I worked with CyberPower to uninstall/reinstall the game, uninstall/reinstall the drivers, and update every possible thing we could think of to update, but we couldn't get anything to work. They wanted me to send in the PC for repairs but the return with Best Buy was much easier and I was way too frustrated to deal with the PC any further. I also tried changing the VideoMemoryScale from 0.85 to lower numbers (in the "adv_options" file), but this made no difference. I am switching to Nvidia.

I cannot recommend this PC. First, this case has terrible airflow. The fans may be RGB but theyre very weak. I replaced them with some Corsair AF 120 LED fans that work beautifully. Still though, the airflow is not good. Ive had problems with this computer since I first got it. The graphics card sent with the unit had thermal issues. It would overheat and crash the system. I returned the card via RMA and received a "new" one which wasnt the same brand as the one initially sent with the PC. That wasnt a problem but the card itself was overheating as well so i got a 3rd card from Cyberpower. I requested a new card to make sure there wouldnt be any problems with it since my computer had already been down for a month due to shipping times for the replacement cards. They told me they couldnt guarantee a new card which surprised me since the PC cost $1200. For that kind of money I shouldnt be getting used parts. As you would imagine that card was used as well. The performance of the 3rd card is OK. It overheats a little (not enough to cause thermal crashes) but thats to be expected with an XFX RX 5700 XT (theyre known for over heating). However that card came to me with a bent IO shield. Needless to say I am not happy with how they handled my issue. I sent a complaint to CyberpowerPC but heard nothing back. When people spend this kind of money they should be treated better than this. DONT SPEND TOP DOLLAR ON THIS ITEM FOR USED PARTS! If you have the ability to build a PC yourself then do it. If you dont then find a different company to get your PC from. DONT BUY FROM CYBERPOWERPC!

Got this pc because of the reviews and the deal that was going on at the time. Not sure if I received a faulty system but within a month of getting it, it started to crash with games like tarkov (lowest settings). I have checked the benchmarks for this pc and it should be able to run most things with no issues but for some reason, mine kept crashing. There was no overclocking done and no modifications/installs/upgrades. I contacted cyberpower directly and they agreed to repair it , free of charge. When I got it back, it seemed to work fine until recently. The problem came back but it seems a bit worse now. Now it crashes with EVERY SINGLE GAME! Once again, no overclocking/upgrades were done. This is only used as a gaming pc. I will have to send it in again so they can fix the same issue. If I knew this would be a long term problem, I would have returned the pc and got my money back.

I actually purchased 2 cyberpower computers this one and then also the one with the ryzen 5 processor so me and my daughter can have seperate computers. neither computer worked. One had no power what so ever. Best Buy’s geek squad did not know what was wrong with it so had to return it. 2nd one overheated and kept shutting down after about the first week of use from playing two point hospital which isn’t that taxing of a game to begin with. It plays on my 5 year old laptop with much lower specs and has 0 issues. So take that one in and geek squad don’t know what’s wrong with it and tells me just return it. Didn’t get replacements for either computer as customer service rep made the accusation that we intentionally damaged the computers and then returned them. You know because I guess I had nothing better to do with a few thousand dollars. There is obviously some quality control issues currently with these devices and it’s a shame because it’s not a bad price for what your getting if it actually works. Tho I wouldn’t suggest wasting the time trying either.

Hoping to replace this unit I bought and got it delivered yesterday. Gpu was mounted too high up to unable to plug in both monitors. Front fans don't work but the rgb does. Trying to look and the wires are a mess. Thermal on cpu seems to run hot while idling. Like I said it being mass produced hoping to return and check out another unit. Maybe just the bad one out of the bunch

While the price is on point for a budget pc, that’s about where the positives end. I’ve had this PC 3 weeks and so far I’ve had my RAM ports constantly misfire and cause an infinite boot cycle, the GPU runs about 92C during high game usage because the stock fans blow and the best for last..... my SSD failed after 3 weeks so I had to spend another $200 to replace that crap.

After 2 weeks of use the 1200$ cyberpowerpc would not power on. The return window expired so best buy said were not doing anything for you. Called cyberpowerpc and they said sure send it to us at your expense. So this now 1320$ pc with taxes and shipping is on it way to California to be fixed. Now that's the good part!? When the pc did work the 6 fans, yes 6, 2 case fans, 2 GPU fans (older model GPU), 2 CPU fans ran at 100% All the time. Tried using the asrock utility but of course that does not work. No matter how many times I reduced fan speeds and hit save and exit nothing happened. And this computer is LOUD!!!!!!! A 650$ pc will run 4k graphics . Nothing special about this pc.

I patiently waited for gaming pc to become available. I placed my order in store payed extra for geek squad to set up everything. Which would enable me to go home and get started. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience after spending my money. When computer and monitor came in I stood in line to pick up only to be informed that I need to wait in geek squad line the was informed to go back to the initial line that I was in monitor was with computer manager found it in geek squad area. Go home connect computer up 5 days later only to be stuck in utility bios mode which I can’t get out of spent entire day on the phone with geek squad it work for 5 minutes back in bios mode. Spent extra for total technical support that could not do anything remotely due to computer not working. I still have to go in store with the entire purchase after playing the waiting game to finally purchase this system. That I can’t use. Very very very disappointed that I have wasted money and time on something I can’t use. I have never experienced anything like this before. Out of all of the computer purchases that I have made.

Right out of the box it like gorgeous. Started with light games and everything was fine. After trying Destiny 2, every 20 minutes the monitor, mouse, and keyboard all became unresponsive until the computer was restarted. After I decided I had enough without being able to find a fix, I decided to wipe the computer, only to have the same problem happen during the process. Returned to the store and ordered something else.

I’ll spare you all the review from my first PC that failed. I took this replacement PC out of the box Friday afternoon, has crashed 4 times between then and Saturday. Came with a cheap “ASROCK” GPU and who knows what type of mother board and processors. Running all settings at low (which I shouldn’t have to do) my CPU temp was reaching 99c , which was prompting crashes. Turned everything down, no overclocking or any of that, just wouldn’t cool down.....which is odd considering it’s liquid cooled. Never buying another cyber power again and I advise people to make sure there’s a better card or just stay away period.

It was ok. Returning. PSU fan very loud and annoying. PC kept restarting mid game, with temps that were not that high. Smite on on 1080p was causing issues. Radeon software would detect a problem with the GPU when restarted. Tried messing with the settings to get the GPU stable. I honestly was getting better performance with my ivy bridge with a 1050ti. The GPU was a dual fan XFX.

Bought this for my son for christmas. We opened it Christmas morning and the PC would not turn on. No led lights, no beeps, no fan movement, nothing. Tried multiple outlets, made sure that we had the switch in the back on, tried another cord, traced all the wires and saw no loose connections, unplugged the power to the mother board amd then secured it again, checked the power switch on top, checked the power switch connection on the mother board, and was pulling my hair out for hours. When the key board was plugged in it would light up when the switch in the back was turned on so I know power had to be getting to something. Cyberpower and best buy are both closed for Christmas so no support there. Considered calling for help tomorrow but changed my mind. I paid for a brand new working PC out of the box and thats not what I got. Gonna start all over fresh. It's going back tomorrow and I haven't decided if I want an exchange for another same model or refund and I'll buy another brand. How do you send someone a $1200 PC that doesn't even turn on?

Had this about a year, and usually it runs pretty well. And when it's running well, it does a good job. However...not a real fast boot-up process--I mean several minutes. Then sign-in is via Outlook, which is a little strange. Never had to use that before. The biggest drawback, which has prob. happened maybe a couple dozen times, it that suddenly, no matter what you're doing, it will pop in the ASUS BIOS selection mode, destroying whatevert work you were doing at the time. And you can't just select no changes and go back to normal operations--you are stuck in BIOS, with no way. You can reboot, but that often leads you right back into BIOS mode. Eventually you can get back to normal operations, but no files are saved for whatever you were working on. Due to this bizarre and all too frequent occurence, I can't recommend this model or even the Cyberpower brand. This level of unreliability is unacceptable.

The specs said that there are 2 display ports, but I do not see any. Also, it says there is 1 HDMI, but I have 2.
