    Have had 6 critical error shutdowns so far in a month. If it persists will have to send back to CyberPower.

    Support has you feeling helpless

    The computer worked great for school and gaming (skyrim, warzone, outriders, etc.), however after less than two months it won't turn on. Most likely a bad psu, and wouldn't be a big deal if customer support even existed for CyberPower. I have called three times and have been hung up on while just reading my customer number to the support staff. All I want is to send it back so they can repair it, since its obviously under warranty, but that's like asking for a miracle. If they actually allow me to get it repaired in a reasonable time I'll consider increasing rating since the computer worked great, but its a one star for now solely based on their support. This computer isn't cheap support the people that buy your products, or don't expect to retain customers in the future.

    It was good for 2 weeks till it went to a green screen before shutting down and the first day I didn’t have rgb lights till I took it to get fixed at geek squad and then I eventually got tired of it green screening so I took it to geek squad almost a year later just to get a refund bc they couldn’t fix it

    Multiple time now the monitor goes black and about 10 seconds later the pc reboots itself. Has happened multiple times while playing a game. Bought this 2 months ago and I'm assuming the reboot issue is due to the extreme temperature while running games.

    Product arrived dented in many places and with graphics card and driver issues that took days to fix. the dents and appearance were the main problem. Promised game frame rates are not very accurate. Most of my games cannot even hit 160 fps on low settings. Still, for a mid tier gaming desktop, this is to be expected.

    Ran great for a few hours then the GPU fan started rattling. Its got a faulty fan. Pretty upset about it. Anytime I start a game it gets pretty loud. I almost want to say this is because of the foam they put inside the case. It was rammed right up under the card and it was almost impossible to pullout... I think it ended up damaging my GPU. Also my CPU fan led was unplugged on arrival. I will be returning it at a best buy store. Nothing against Cyberpower... But I wish these things were a bit more consistent. I ordered one of this exact pc last year and it ran smooth without issues... This one had completley different components..

    Amazing pc but once it broke, I sent it in with warranty and they said they’d just give me the value of it in Best Buy credits. It was the only pc I wanted but they didn’t give me enough to get a new pc. Best Buy screwed me over, that’s why my rating is low.

    The PC is resonating and making an extraordinarily annoying pulsating tone that is amplified by the metal case. It is unbearable to listen to and I will be returning it if they don't fix it. Besides that it's great but this makes it unusable.

    WOULD NOT EVEN START UP!!!

    Terrible pc DO NOT BUY!!! I am a little experienced in pc building and I decided to just purchase this pre built because it looked right for the price. I open the box and the case is damaged in several places and the back panel just fell out. I plug the pc in and it won’t start at all. I took out the ram and receded it same with the gpu and nothing happened. The pc was stuck in a reboot loop and would not start up at all. I even contacted their customer support and after an hour they picked up and their so called “expert” told me to do the same stuff I already tried and ended up telling me I should return the item. When you buy a prebuilt you are paying a little extra for the service that they put into the product and this product was not built well at all. TERRIBLE QUALITY DO NOT BUY EVEN IF THIS GOES IN STOCK!!!!

    Mike Geek Squad manager made our visit a very horrible experience. I asked to speak with a manager, he allowed me to stand there and never acknowledged my presence. I approached another manager and they talked amongst each other. I watched Mike address a Caucasian female without an appointment, again never acknowledged my presence. I was here before this customer. Another Caucasian male approached he addressed him ( again not me) this customer was scheduled. I find his behavior unacceptable, as management. Again he never acknowledged my presence. Another young lady Erica came out to assist us. Mike should not be in any position of authority. He is African American and so am I. I still feel discriminated against as he assisted every Caucasian guest and not me.

    Not happy so far, downloaded 3 games to try, Updated BIOS and drivers, Runs at 95c. It’s an Asus MB and ASrock video. On a 55inch Samsung 8000 series. My Asus Rog 965 runs Great on it at 1080p. This thing should be screaming on 1080p even though I bought it for 4k or 1440

    Bought this "gaming" desktop in August, by January the motherboard went belly up. No clue why, all the LEDs would turn on but would not post. Replaced the motherboard and bam we are good to go again... It is now April just updated to the new bios, ran great for 2 days and 'boom' won't post again. I've tried reseting the CMOS, clearing the CMOS... Nada. No beeps no codes, nothing. Tried reseating the RAM, trying each stick individually. Now all I have is the red LEDs for CPU and DRAM errors... Now I can't clear those. I would not recommend this desktop to anyone.
