    We had to return the first one we received on Christmas eve and it was a Christmas gift for my son, the insides were damaged and it wouldn’t connect to the monitor, we asked for a new one to be sent and now have to return the second one also after my son was on it for a couple hours it kept crashing, and then again did the same as the first.. stopped connecting to the monitor.... do not buy this PC its been nothing but problems for us! Im so frustrated and feel bad for my son this was his only Christmas gift and it was expensive

    I bought this PC and it arrived on 6/23. I wanted to give it some solid use before reviewing. I estimate I've gamed 150 hours on this thing since purchase. I bought this PC so I could play CoD MW/Warzone at/near 144FPS/1080p reasonably. I have no experience building PCs. I recently made a few software optimizations that I highly recommend, and that any dummy can do in 5 minutes. These are included at the bottom of the review. UNBOXING/SET UP: The set up included unboxing the PC (very well packed), a quick examination to make sure there were no obviously loose cords (I'm not even sure what to look for, but everything seemed to be plugged in. Cables neatly ziptied. Looked to be pretty good cable management to my untrained eye), and plugging in my peripherals and turning the PC on. Easy peasy. NEGATIVE - build My only complaint that is specific to the Cyber Power build is, as everyone else is stating, the case makes it very difficult to plug in your video cable. I wasn't able to fit the DisplayPort cable that came with my monitor. Most HDMI cables *should* fit.. however, I really had to jam mine in at a slight angle, which I'm not sure is a good thing since it's applying pressure on the GPU. As long as you're on 60/144 hz monitor, using HDMI is fine; but keep in mind that if you plan on using a 240hz monitor, you will need to find a Display Port cable with a slim connector. POSITIVES Everything else. I wanted something to basically plug and play, not have to tinker around with, and CyberPowerPC definitely delivered. A month and a half later of fairly heavy useage, and it's held up 100%. FAST, EASY OPTIMIZATIONS TO CONSIDER RAM - Enable XMP. Quick Google should yield hundreds of results to help with this if you're not sure how to do it. Honestly I haven't been able to tell a difference since doing this, so it's optional depending on what you're using the PC for. GPU - Check out a video called "How to OVERCLOCK and UNDERVOLT RX 5700XT" by Ancient Gameplays on Youtube. This immediately brought my idling GPU temps down by ~10 degrees and helps keep my game more stable. The gentleman explains the how/whys of each tweak he makes, so it's up to you to decide whether or not to copy him. VERY IMPORTANT IF YOU WANT TO PLAY WARZONE This is a Warzone-specific issue that is very common due to horrible game optimization. Many people experience a stutter at regular 10 second intervals that totally ruins the game. This is not a problem specific to your PC or your internet. What you need to do is go to documents > Modern Warfare > Players. Open "adv_options". I believe the default VideoMemoryScale was .85. If you're experiencing stuttering, adjust down to 0.7 or 0.65. This is the % of your VRAM that Modern Warfare will be able to use. If it's using too much, memory can leak, which will cause the stuttering. MY WARZONE SETTINGS Render Resolution - 1920x1080 Custom Framerate limit - 144 Texture Resolution - Normal Particle Quality - High Anti-Aliasing - SMAA T2X Everything else - low/disabled

    I returned this machine today. My poor rating is due to a Green Screen followed by a Reboot issue that I've had with this machine for over a week now. I researched and there is a known issue that many people have faced with this Graphics Card, the ADM RX5700. The issue I faced seems to be related to the AMD GPU and not necessarily this PC Brand or any other component. I am sure another build by this company would be just fine. Thank you.

    No longer boots up after 4 months

    Bought PC for my son for Christmas and today less than 5 months later the PC just crashed and will no longer boot. Tried contacting Cyberpower tech support, waited on hold for 30 minutes until I was told to leave my name and number and someone would call me back. Prior to the PC crashing today he would experience random crashes for no apparent reason. I suspect there is just a failed component but I can't get it to boot into any mode to run even basic checks on anything. I guess we'll have to see how well Cyberpower honors the 1 years parts and labor warranty. Right now I have a very bummed out 15 year old.

    I bought this PC about 2 years ago for gaming. The first one I got I returned it because the WIFI antennas where for a different model. The video card crashed constantly. Sometimes the OS would crash and on reboot, the BIOS would not remember it had a hard drive. Also, the PC took up to 2 mins for the monitor to come back on after sleep. I updated the drivers as they came out, but it did not change my experience. It was just a lemon of a PC. I bought an Alienware PC since and I've had 0 issues with it.

    I could not find one of these in south florida that worked. I exchanged twice, that means I got 3 brand new in box systems and all of the rebooted due to overheating. I would not recommend this system. I also did not get anything except a refund for my time. I spent at least 10 hours on the phone with Support to try and fix this as well as even RMAd a Video card. Nothing worked, finally I gace up.

    cpu over 100 degrees, crashed and won't restart

    just bought it, used it for 3 hours and Radeon prompted me to update or something. Configuring Radeon for few minutes then the pc crashed and would not boot to windows. Support sucks! on the phone and no music or instructions, nothing, just silence on the other end for over 40 minutes. Simultaneously on chat and my turn after 40 minutes so I hung up the phone. Support told me to download windows and boot to PC with it. I'm still working on it. Don't know if it'll work.

    Bought as a Christmas gift for my son and within the first week started having an issue where it reboots itself and goes to a bios screen. We tried troubleshooting with the manufacturer and that didn’t work. We attempted to get it fixed through geek squad, but they either couldn’t duplicate it or don’t know what’s wrong with it. It’s very intermittent, but happens a few times a week. It’s extremely disappointing considering how much we paid for it. Don’t know what we will do at this point, but wouldn’t recommend it to a friend or family member.

    Just build your own PC

    I had to return the computer. NEVER buy a prebuilt PC I learned that the hard way. They will give you 2 good parts and everything else is super cheap and breaks down. Mine lasted 4 days before things started crashing and shutting down. Parts were failing and nobody knew why. Just go online and look up a tutorial on how to build your own. For the same price you’ll get a better PC. Do a little research on the parts you want, then look up how to put it all together. It’s a fun experience and you will get to customize everything how you want.

    PC would not power on

    PC would not power on new out of the box. There was a note indicating that all parts are individually tested, but the unit as a whole is not. I would think that any quality control department should do this, which would have avoided my situation. I called CyberPowerPC and my options were to change out the power supply myself, return the PC to have it repaired in 14-21 business days, or return the PC to Best Buy. I returned the PC.

    Poor Quality Parts

    Very disappointed. I received it with B450M motherboard which is not compatible to upgrade it in the future. I have a a grinding or rattling noise in the GPU. Started having problems in just 2 months. They need to check which parts they are putting inside the computer. There are many complaints on the net about this problem. I learned that I have to send my computer back for repairs and wait 2-6 weeks. Do you really want to wait 6 weeks to get your computer, hopefully, back in the middle of school season? Just unaccaptable.

    The 5700 XT is a gamble of a GPU. I’ve experienced constant lock ups and crashes and after hours of software and hardware troubleshooting and there’s no clear fix in site. Support is extremely hard to get a hold of. I’m in the process of getting a replacement card but I’m 5 weeks into a 4-7 week window and have had 0 responses to a status update. Sure, a lot of people have these running smoothly, but it’s not a guarantee. So if you’re itching to grab a reliable performance PC, don’t choose this one.

    So here I am returned 3 computers now I was really hoping this was the one, when I received it on my door step today I tried to power the device on and there was no power I immediately brought it back to Best Buy and they tested it and it was another dud if this 4th computer doesn’t only work but meet standards I will no longer use their company again ever

    This product was a nightmare from the beginning. The only port that worked on it was the hdmi port. The computer looks great on my desk but just like a 3rd grade honor roll trophy it is useless. After 5 hours of pretty light gaming, it completely crapped it self and never turned back on. I contacted CyberPowerPC customer service and their only solution was to take it back to the store. So I didn’t and went with a different company, if this is your possible starter pc do not do it, the fancy light are cool but the pc is complete crap .

    Bad GPU

    The gpu may have been busted the entire time however I've only noticed it 3 months in after 2 games (Valheim/Apex) both have had severe visual problems with the latter crashing multiple times an hour. I've contacted CyberPowerPC and it's been almost 2 weeks with 0 help. I'm going to try calling to see if there would be any actual support, but as if right now there is literally nothing. Other than that, every other piece is fine and the colors are pretty, as well as the case.

    Unfortunately my computer arrived while i was evacuated from house due to fires. By the time i got everything hooked up, fans didnt work, computer crashed. I got the fans hooked up, aio cooler is dead on arrival. I have to schedule appointment to even have it looked at.... My appointment isnt tell october 1st, if they cant get working will be returning. Disappointed. Quality control..........
