    when I first got the computer all was fine sometimes the computer would shut down I just thought must be over heating so cleaned it up and moved the it to a cooler area of the house but now it wont stay on for longer then 15 min before shutting down without warning when I'm playing a game or anything that's more demanding then YouTube.

    ever since i bought it constantly crashes and has always had minor issues which just kept getting worse and worse. Tried to get it checked out and fixed and everyone told me it was driver problems and update problems and wouldnt do anything. till now less than 2 years later its totally broke and worthless. Worst purchase i ever made

    The original I owned for a day before it would not turn on. It looked great and seemed like a great purchase but sadly broke almost immediately. Best Buy however was very accommodating and switched out the original for a new machine. We will see how the replacement performs.

    Default Radeon WattMan FAILURE

    Disappointed that I have purchased this pc for more than less than a year and it’s continuously crashing on me. It will black out and reboot on it’s own and when it comes back on an error message pops up that says “Default Radeon WattMan settings has been restored due to unexpected system failure.“ It’s happened too often and has been concerning me.

    I first purchased this computer online and had it shipped to me. It arrived late and didn't work. Found a Best Buy with one in stock 30 minutes away from me, so then I went and exchanged it. Brought it all the way home plugged it in and same issue. Took it to the closer store and had Geek squad check it out only to tell me that it was dead and the only option is to return it. Two computers and both had the same problem. Not worth it.

    I received my P/C with a broken keyboard. That was one thing that was an okay sacrifice because I wasn't after just the keyboard. Upon starting up my system I found out that there was no key to activate windows. Best Buy has done a horrible job at making this right and insist that I return the whole P/C. I just want my windows key that should have been included. I guess that is too much to ask.

    From my experience. This computer crashes constantly. It shuts down on it's own. It seems to heat up quickly and has a hard time cooling itself down. It operated normally on and off for about 6 weeks before it just stopped turning on. BEWARE! Planned obsolescence is real. I will stay far away from best buy unless they intend to do something about the lemon they sold me for $1200.

    Buyer beware!! Bought this as my first gaming computer. Literally only used it to play warzone and in less then a year it has completely stopped working. Will not even turn on. Tried reaching out to manufacturer regarding warranty but not getting an answer

    Constant crashing

    Absolutely terrible experience with this build. The computer constantly crashes (I assume it’s due to the graphics card) to a green screen. At this point I wish I would have paid a little bit more to build it myself considering I am going to have to pay more money to replace parts.

    2days after recieving the computer went dead while playing games. I have to power restart it again. Headphones got disconnected frequently overheating gpu i just dnt have time to return this crap but i honestly regret buying this pc if bestbuy give me another week to return this i probably do it

    The worst computer EVER!!! Problems since day one and we have only had it six moths. Tried working with the manufacturer, which, was a disaster. The geek squad tried to fix it but were unable. They have ended up giving me an exchange, but they dont have this computer anymore or anything with the same specs. Hoping to get my money back.

    I just don't recommend this PC, it's the second one I've purchased from this company and either they're lazy, or build these with a blindfold on because nothing is ever plugged in correctly. If you're experienced, I recommend this product. If you're new, don't bother because you're going to have to rebuild it by yourself. Really pretty computer though.

    We had this computer going for less then 2 months and the hard driver went down already. took it into best buy and they tell us we have to send it to manufacture for at least 4 weeks to have it fixed. so now this has to be shipped out fixed then shipped back. Doesn't seem to be fair for the consumer to be with out the computer for 4 weeks.

    Could have been a nice set up

    I was so excited just to find out as soon as I opened it up, the front glass was broken. Glass was all over my carpet and inside the desktop. The desktop does not even come with the foam to protect the components inside. I expect this from a customized desktop. I wish both best buy and cyberpower step up their packaging and delivery.

    Got this for my wife for Christmas, when we finally got it hooked up it wont turn on fully. As far as I can tell it doesn't even POST. Will be attempting to take it to a brick and mortar to be fixed or returned. If fixed will edit/amend my reveiw.

    Had it for 4 years, no issues at all. It’s fast can play all games of all quality up to 8k and runs without struggle! Definitely recommend as a prebuilt pc especially for beginners that don’t feel like building a pc and just want to start playing!!

    Had this for about a week worked great. Now all the sudden it doesn’t work. Can’t display anything to any monitor I have. I tried reseating the gpu still nothing. I called cyber power pc and was on hold for about an hour and then got disconnected. I emailed them and they have not responded. Will be returning ASAP
