    completed dead after 21 days. Poor product selling and worst return policy of best buy. do not buy computer products at best buy. very unsatisfied. 2weeks window you have to figure out your luck. purchased on 1/6/21 and completely dead on 1/27/21, no power on what so ever.

    Crashed within a few hours. So I exchanged it for another one. I received it and everything was working perfectly at first... Within 45 mins in a game (warzone) it starts stuttering. I returned this one as well. The pc looks nice on the outside, but is trash on the inside.

    USB ports broke first time I was trying to attach something to it various overheating issues not a quality build and it's video card is already died I've had this for a year-and-a-half terrible quality

    At first, it worked pretty great. Now, occasionally it won't turn on for reasons I don't know of and GeekSquad or whatever wants to charge me another 100$ to have it looked at, without any reassurance that they'll even be able to fix it. Awful.

    Very good PC for the price

    Initially, I was wanting an upgrade to my pc and figured I wanted to build my own. However, given the shortages that have occured because of the virus most if not all of the parts that I wated were either out of stock or higher in price. I found this PC and saw that it had almost similar parts to what I was going to build for about the same price. I knew then that this would be my next computer. Overall I would say that this is a very quite computer, I have the xpx 5007 xt card which is quite the bulky gpu. such that i cannot put anything on the other pci.e port. All of the cables came securely on and properly managed, everything was strongly attached. Set up was as easy as plug in and it was set up everything. Quick piece of advise the SATA ports the motherboard mine came with was right below the gpu, such that it was covering it but you can still attach SATA cables to it quite easily. it was just a hassle initially finding

    Booted to BioS and didn’t recognize hard drive after the first day. Reached out to Cyberpower and took 4 days for a response from CS. Tried to reset Mcie2 ssd but no luck. Returned items s obvious hardware issue

    Thing is a total brick. Since I got it, the pc has had problems turning on. But I dealt with it cause it's not super essential to go in for this kind of stuff. But now it wont turn on at all. Huge waste of money

    Horrible, Constant BSOD while playing games

    This is the worst purchase that I have ever done. Every time I play a game (e.g. GTA 5), my PC will get BSOD and this has happened more than 15 times so far.

    The ssd in my computer died a week after my return window ended. Computer won't start. Can't return. Manufacturer has not been helpful. Spend a little more on a more reputable name prebuilt or build your own.

    Within 2 months of use , i was already having problems! Ended up having blue screen and customer service of the manufacture was terrible! Had to spend another $300 to buy a new part

    A worthy purchase!

    I have been using this computer for about a week at the time of writing this, and so far, I absolutely love it. It is far, FAR faster than my previous 10 year old laptop. It was very easy to set up and get going despite how daunting it seemed at first glance. The tower is significantly larger than I expected, but it was still small enough to fit neatly on my desk. I am having no problems whatsoever with running any of my steam games. The only thing of note that could be seen as a con is the fans are a tad bit noisy, but it is very easy to tune out. So far, I feel this has been a worthy purchase if this is the kind of computer you are saving up for. I would imagine there are less expensive computers that will meet your needs if you're simply looking for a new pre-built PC. If you are saving up for a solid gaming computer, this will likely be the one for you!

    i’ve bought or exchanged 3-4 different cyberpower pcs and each one had major issues. personally i do not recommend this product as i’ve had nothing but issues with them.
