Crashes multiple times a day . Works fine otherwise

This computer has served me well since 2020. I have upgraded the graphics card and ram but I only did that to run higher graphic games smoother.

Computer did not run gaming things it was suppose to. Took it back to Best Buy .

Bought brand new had to return due to frame being bent upon arrival

bought on the 8th of October, broke on the 10th of November

The PC have too many problems,I have to return 2 time.

Doesn’t even work, crashes all the time. Don’t buy

1st day out of the box it kept rebooting. Had to return

Great Pc for the price if you are looking to game. Also a great choice for other uses. It was very easy to set up and get to using it. I really enjoy this purchase it is very fast I have not run into any problems with it yet. The case is also very nice in terms of looks and it's easy to open up and get into the pc as well. Would 100% recommend this purchase to anyone.

Good product overall. Easy to set up and strong performance. Update, had system fault about 3years in. Last week the graphics began cutting in and out and the system is bogging to the point where it is not useable. Having it evaluated to determine the source of the issue

I’ve only had it for a few hours, but everything seems to be running smoothly! I got this during the Black Friday sale so it’s pretty much worth the money! It was super easy to set up and for the people complaining about how loud it is, I don’t understand why they think it’s that loud. It doesn’t bother me!

This is a good starting pc especially if you plan on gaming in 1440p. I get around 100 fps on the highest settings in most AAA titles. Reasons I like this pc: -the graphics card and cpu are both only about a year old and still hold up very well. -the motherboard is a B550 which came out this year and comes with a wifi 6 adapter which can boost your wifi connection. -the power supply is an 800w which gives you plenty of power. -it comes with 16GB of RAM which is plenty for today's games. -it has a 1TB SSD so you'll have plenty of space to install games and your game will load faster. -it also comes with a free keyboard and mouse which have a decent quality. I would definitely recommend this if you have the money and want a pc worth it!

Great PC build for the money. For years later and still running like a champ.

I haven't bought this yet but I will tell you guys the pros and cons of this PC, PROS- 1. It is upgradable 2. Liquid Cooling 3. 16GB Ram 4. 1TB SSD 5. Cheap CONS- 1. It may be loud 2. The keyboard and mouse are cheap and not good

i bought this pc on sale for $999 and it is very good for the price. it is easy to get started and runs games good. the only problem i had was that i cant change the screen brightness, but apart from that it has been a very good pc.

Recently purchased this pre-built. I needed something that would handle streaming and gaming, and that wasn't obscenely expensive. This fits the bill. It runs well and I have yet to have any issues with performance. I have no issues with streaming and gaming concurrently, even with more taxing games. Generally doesn't seem to get too loud: most of the time it's about as loud as a white noise machine. I have a few minor gripes about the design of the case. The power button is flush on the top, which presents issues when my cat decides she wants to jump on it. And maybe it's just me, but the light for the power button seems as bright as 10,000 suns (I literally put tape over it). Other than that, it's a great PC and so far I don't have any complaints.

Great PC! Had it for almost 4 years and runs games like a champ for its specs! Recommend for mid gaming specs!
