GPU overheating issue
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.GPU overheating issue. When I play Call of Duty Cold War, the gpu temperature goes over 80 degree Celsius and even to 90. I installed 3 exhaust fans on top of it, but it didn't help cooling off.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.ive had this pc for for 2 weeks using it for normal use before i started getting the black screen, the lights would come on but as soon as my monitor would start loading and freeze and reboot over and over. i tried everything now its been a waste of $1,000. Now i have to pay extra for repair when i did nothing wrong to the pc maybe it was just me. but the support for this is just as bad as my luck

Great For 1 Day

I was okay with having to take out the items located inside the computer that was keeping it safe, and everything went well for exactly one day, minis the LED lights the system has. I played on it and did some light work for the next three days, occasionally struggling to get it to just TURN ON! When I went to go on it on Memorial Day, the entire PC would not turn on. I changed power cords, plugs, and turned the switch off and back on on the system itself and NOPE! Nothing. When you spend upwards of $1,300 after taxes and the system can't turn on? That's ridiculous.

Video failed after about an hour of use

It worked for about an our and the video went out. I figured the video card had just come unseated during delivery... no big deal. Called to see if I should crack the case or if they wanted to take care it. They assured me I should schedule an appointment. A couple weeks later I go in and they say it isn't covered and I can pay the geek squad to try to fix my brand new computer that I bought from them but they won't do anything with the warranty.

Nonstop crashes since the day I got it.

I keep getting kernal power errors and crashes. At first it was just one or two per day, but as of writing this I've had the entire computer crash, shut down, and restart nine times within the past 3 hours. I don't get how you can sell these things that don't even work. It crashed while I was writing this review. I will be returning this and not buying anything else from cyberpower or best buy ever again. Waste of time and money.

Cyberpower PC will not support the product

I have now submitted over 10 tickets and attempted to call cyberpower PC multiple times, THEY DO NOT SUPPORT THEIR OWN PRODUCTS. DO NOT BUY. Beware of the issues and their complete and utter lack of support.

Malfunctions only 4 hours in!

Didn't work out of the box.

CPU overheating
