Even a year later this computer works great and hasn’t given me any issues and I got a good deal at the time for it as well so no complaints would recommend.

This PC is really fast for gaming and no lagging also the graphics is so beautiful i would recommend it for beginner's and experience gamers.

I ordered online and picked it up from my hometown Best Buy and the box was in pretty good condition, only some minor dents in the corners. I got home, set it up and ran some games and it was flawless. This machine is a beast. I played games such as GTA 5 and Shadow of the Tomb Raider on high to ultra settings and I'm getting over 70 fps, not bad! Although I do wish the power supply was a little bigger. At 600 watts, I'm not sure if it can handle the gtx 2070 super in the long run. I will probably put in an SSD as a storage drive and install some exhaust fans at the top in the coming weeks and probably the PSU in the near future. Overall I'm pretty happy with what I got.

Great price and specs. Can run multiple games at the same time without slowing down which is the most important thing for me. I can also use it for homework and studying. I highly recommend.

Best Buy always has a great return policy. With any electronic, especially a computer, LOOK IT OVER CAREFULLY! The first one I received had a pretty noticeable scratch on the tempered glass. I took it back to the store and was given immediate option to have a refund or another item. They did a replacement swap and the second had no issues. The box was factory sealed and still had the factory plastic on the tempered glass, so this was definitely something that CyberPower missed and was not Best Buy's fault at all. Great customer service. This is a powerful pc for how much it costs. Putting together the specs myself, this is cheaper than i could build it for.

I had received this computer for my birthday, and it runs really good. I was able to run Minecraft RTX beta, and Minecraft Shaders, all at full settings with barely a noticeable frame drop. Other games, like Satisfactory(which is not optimized), and GTA with max settings, run very smooth.

PC was dead on arrival. I am very familiar with computers as I have built most of mine up until this point. Due to the low price of this it is virtually impossible to build a similar rig at or less then what they are selling it for. Yes I did all the standard reseating Of all the components and hard resets(I believe the gigabyte 2070 super was the culprit). Customer service is non existent assuming because of the CoronaVirus right now which is certainly understandable. I called CyberPowerPC, was on the phone on hold for about 2 hours before the line disconnected. Called Best Buy to discuss my options of an exchange but their approx wait time was 3 hours and 15 min.....No thanks! I decided to go to the curbside option in my local town and they took care of things immediately. Allowed me to do an even exchange and are having the new one delivered to my house within a few days. Some of the specs that were in my PC: Gigabyte 2070 super(3 fan non OC version) Ballistic vengeance memory 2x8 1TB WD Blue SN550 Series PCIe NVMe 600 Watt Thermaltake Smart PSU I will update this review when I receive my replacement.

I bought this with a little hesitation because of reviews about small damages, but the PC came in excellent condition. No dents, everything was packaged well, and I immediately was able to use it. The 2070 Super I received was an MSI brand and it is really great, Fans are not loud at all and I can push out at 240HZ with no issue (Tested with Doom Eternal and Valorant, using an ASUS ROG Strix Portable Monitor). The keyboard and mouse are actually nice, but the keyboard isn't mechanical so I opted to stick with my Razer setup. Also, don't be a rookie like me and forget to screw in the wifi antenna if you your build comes with one haha.

I can't give this product enough stars. The performance, workmanship, and attention to detail is easy to see even down to the cable management. It came packaged very well and besides a small issue with the CMOS pins touching each other that would have cleared the BIOS had I not checked and fixed before I started it up, everything was perfect. Now I could have fixed that with a simple call to customer service I'm sure. Over all I'm about as happy as I could have been with my purchase. Very satisfied with everything. I expected nothing less with all the great reviews I've seen for CyberPower PC's.

I was hesitant due to the reviews, but chalked those up to isolated incidents. I had no problems setting it up, it's nice and quiet (don't know what those other people were talking about with loud fans) had no bluetooth networking issues, either, everything works great. Adding another hard drive did require a SATA cable which I had plenty of. Plays all of the latest games flawlessly, MK 11, red dead redemption 2, Resident Evil 2, etc. Great Gaming PC with room to stay ahead of the curve.

This gaming PC passes my expectations. It’s easy to use and very quick. Great partner for my 34 inch curved screen LG monitor. I highly recommend this gaming PC

Have really enjoyed this PC since I purchased a week ago. It came with no damage and no issues from shipping. Took no time to setup and had no issues with preinstalled software. First computer I have owned in over a decade and I am blown away at how fast and efficient this PC is. I have no issues with graphic laboring games and can play most with no issues at all. The only thing that I would critique would be that it needs better cooling and does run a bit hotter than desired when under a load. Other than that, I love the rig.

Really good value pre-built when you consider the components that are included. For those trying to find out what components are actually in this device: CPU: Ryzen 7 3700X Mobo: ASUS B450 M-A SSD: XPG 1TB nvme RAM: 16GB Ballistix (3000 Mhz OC) GPU: Zotac 2070 SUPER mini The only cons about this PC is that the case is outrageously sized for this PC. You're getting a mini size GPU with a mini-ATX for a full size ATX case, so expect to have a lot of empty space within your case. However, this does help if you eventually want to update your case to a smaller from factor in the future.

I was looking for a gaming computer that would run my flight simulation software by giving exceptional graphics and realistic flight characteristics. I was not disappointed as this gaming computer has exceeded all of my expectations. I would have given a 5-star rating but the computer arrived without the RGB Card installed. I have flown over 100 hours since purchasing the CyberPower SLC7800BST computer a month ago. Being a GA pilot, this computer has provided me with the joys of flying various aircraft without the actual cost.

Great PC for gaming, streaming and whatever else you have in mind. The RGB settings are a bonus, but the PC runs very smooth and it is quiet. I would recommend shipping to your local store or just purchasing there, since my first one arrived with the tempered glass shattered. Was having issues with my older PC when trying to stream and play a game, but this one has had no issues at all. Highly recommend. The keyboard and mouse are nice as well. Currently using the mouse, but opted to keep using my old keyboard for now.

Everything runs very smoothly. No delays in games or when starting up. Games look a lot better than my work laptop. Overall a good pc for gaming

East to setup. It was tricky to get some the shipping material out of the case. But it worked perfectly and is fast. A very good deal.

Would of gotten 5 stars if it wasn't for the loud fans. Other than that, everything runs smooth and I'm very happy with it.

I bought this pc as a new pc gamer, and found it fairly easy to set up and get going. It runs quickly and im overall enjoying it.
