Pretty good , could be better
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It was great, although a prebuilt it’s actually pretty good for a prebuilt , it gets a little warm due to their being no ACTUAL exhaust fans in the case , but it was the prebuilt to show me the potential in PC Gaming and it didn’t disappoint me , it actually encouraged me to build my OWN PC. I was sad to see it go ( returned it due to me building my own system ) it definitely didn’t disappoint. Although it is advised not to buy a prebuilt this one will not let you down, it is always preferred to build your own system if you have the time but if you simply don’t want to put in the extra time for something that can be better than this machine it is something you can settle for but I would recommend building your own system rather than going the easy route and buying a prebuilt. If this is your only choice I’d say go for it , it’s definitely a system ready to upgrade but why not just future proof yourself with a custom built where you won’t have to worry if your memory is fast enough or if your power supply is janky. If you do buy this system buying case fans is a MUST if you want this thing staying cool.

Great for gaming and multitasking
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I upgraded from an HP Omen desktop gaming PC and the difference is huge. I'm able to run virtually any game on the best settings available and get 100+ frames and great performance. The price tag is worth it because you get what you pay for. I was able to set it up from the box and play on it within 15 minutes. 5 stars

Great value for the price
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These specs for this price was a no-brainer. I was planning to build one using the PC PP website. I couldn't get the parts for the same price I spent for this PC, which also saved me the hassle of building it. It's a good looking machine and is fairly quiet. Average keyboard included but the mouse is high-end.

Out of the Box fantastic
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Computer runs smooth and hits great frames on multiple top titles. Had a ibuypower previous to this and returned it due to horrible customer service and faulty parts. So far a fantastic experience and a sleek PC. Great for somebody who doesn't want the hassle of building from parts and still wants quality.

Review
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Returned my aurora r11 due to heating issues and other issues. Purchased this cyber power pc and so far no problems. Runs smooth like butter. It’s liquid cool and has a Rtx 2070 super card handles any AAA games with ease. Love the lighting effects that u can switch colors of a press of a button.

Everything is good, but with a few issues
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Everything was good. It was basically plug and play. Boots up quickly, mouse and keyboard works properly, and games are running smoothly so far (Dying Light, LoL, Metal Gear Solid Phantom Pain). Only complaint is that PC is kind of loud, and the mouse LEDs are not programmable.

One big problem
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall the pc is great with the exception of the power supply. The included 600 watt power supply is simply not enough and is a serious drawback. If you input all the components in a power supply calculator (including ram, case fans) it will add up to over 500 watts. I know this is an estimate, but that does not take any spikes into consideration. This is leaving zero head room and will strain the power supply to the point where it will fail at a very fast rate. So if you’re looking to buy this be prepared to spend a little extra on a higher wattage power supply. Here is a link to the manufacturer website for the graphics card in my system. Note under the system requirements it clearly says a minimum of 650 watts. https://www.pny.com/geforce-rtx-2070-super-8gb-blower
No, I would not recommend this to a friendBrand response from CyberPowerPC Brand Expert
Posted .Dear Steve,
We are sorry to hear about your experience and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. The recommended wattage for the RTX 2070 Super is 650 watts. However, if you look at the footnote, it says, "Pre-built system may require less power depending on system configuration." Each system may pull more or less wattage than others depending on the configuration. If you have any further questions or concerns then please do not hesitate to give our tech support agents a call for any assistance; we're always happy to help.

Excellent product but...
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Knocked off one star because of the packing foam placement in the PC.. it was jammed under the graphics card which made it impossible to remove without removing the graphics card itself, not my first time handling pc parts so this was minor issue but can be a prob for ppl that never touch a pc before. the experience should be plug and play. Other than that great build quality. Cable management is superb, cooling and noise lvls are acceptable and looks good. Some downsides, in person the RGB fans look cheap and would have preferred to have a mesh included in the front. Overall it’s a good product would def recommend.

Great Price in the current times
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's super hard to build a PC right now and this is probably the best thing you can currently get for its value. Each competent is pretty premium aside from case and Power supply but it runs well right out of the box. Can easily run highest settings 80 fps+ on most 1080p games.

Good value
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It is a good gaming machine, but the GPU tends to overheat the SSD and warnings are received on startup. I installed a SSD heatsink to resolve the problem, but the issue still persists. Overall, a really powerful computer that fits in a budget!

Worth every penny.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I waited a month to review but after that time I only have great things to say. This PC can’t be built for much cheaper and is a huge bang for your buck. I have had 0 crashes or other errors. Everything worked as it should.

Great!
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Working amazingly! The only issue I've had is a small plastic bracket for the CPU cooling unit being brittle, easily replaced for around $5 (or could be 3D printed). Otherwise running perfectly. Very good for a time where custom building is difficult.

Nice build!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far no problems with this build. The specs on this thing are honestly top notch, and i couldnt pass on buying. It would actually have been more expensive to build this exact PC myself. This thing will run any game on ultra basically. Runs Warzone at average 180 fps.

||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Computer works great for Warzone and everyday computer use. I can play Warzone with graphics maxed at over 160 FPS. Very happy with the PC, and CyberPowerPC’s customer service was awesome with an issue I caused. Very happy with the purchase, particularly the value.

Great power for a decent price!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A great gaming PC for a decent price! No problem streaming at 60 FPS. Not very loud but you can hear it when it’s pushed. Pretty good cooling haven’t had any problems. Only issue I’ve experienced is that it doesn’t like to sleep by itself sometimes.
