It stopped working after 7 days. I’ve returned to Best Buy and the replacement arrived within 3 days. I hope this time it works. All in all it’s a great gaming PC. I love the colors and the liquid cooling fan it’s super quiet.

Out of the box and plugged it in. Works great. Be careful of the off and on switch at the back of the box. It was too easy to contact and set it off at the beginning when we were plugging wires in. Now that I don't need to be back there it is fine.

I did a lot of research before pulling the trigger on this purchase and let me tell you I love it it’s just the right mixture of gaming and streaming computer in one the specs are perfect and I couldn’t be more happy with my purchase great solid build.

As overwhelming as building a pc is... I bought this as a beginner with the options to upgrade as i please. It doesnt have all the bells and whistles but if you know what youre doing, over time it could be your dream pc.

Nice computer. Be careful with the packing foam stuffed in case that supports the graphics card during shipment. Foam was not easy to remove and i had to break it apart very carefully to not damage card.

Couldn't be happier with this purchase. It is assembled well with great cable management. Packaging is plentiful to help keep everything stay safe during shipping. Plugged it in and turned it on and I was gaming within 10 minutes.

For the price, you're getting exactly what you pay for in terms of parts with the added bonus of a mouse, keyboard, and Windows 10. Good deal for someone who is into casual gaming.

The price and performance is perfect the only complaint is that on the specs it says the ram is 3000mhz but in the machine I have it is 2666mhz. I don't know if it is a mistake on Best Buys product page or something.

Bought for my daughter for Xmas, i don't know much about gaming but can tell you my daughter loves it, she says her gaming experience is so much quicker. i did the research on the purchase and feel i got a good deal,

Great price for a gaming PC that has all that you need to max you settings for real life gaming action. Plus plenty of storage on the 1TB SSD drive for all the games that you can possibly play. Great Job CyberPowerPC.

I wanted a gaming PC that would run MS FlightSim really well. Researched, watched videos of people building PCs, etc. This seemed like the best option for around $1,500. Shipping was fine (came 1 day earlier than expected) and I had that ‘excited’ feeling. Powered it up at 10pm on a Friday night, started loading programs onto it, and at 11:45 it crashed. Thought no big deal, it happens. Started back up and 5 minutes later crashed again. Knew I had a problem. Couldn’t get back to Windows. CyberPower’s tech support wasn’t available for 72 hours. Through troubleshooting I figured out the 1TB SSD wasn’t working on the brand new PC. They said to ship them the broken hard drive and they’d send out a new one, all while I have a PC I can’t use. Was told it was a ‘quick’ turnaround time which in reality was 2+ weeks. Ridiculous. Keeping things relative, there are bigger issues out there than some guy with a broken PC. It’s more of having spent $1,500 for a white box that came with issues, and the let down when the manufacturer could care less.

The computer works fine but it came with its metal cover dented and not screwed correctly, had to force rear screw in. VERY SHODDY workmanship. Did not return due to item took long to xome in mail.

Solid product, well-designed and well-built. This is the second CyberPower PC we buy through Best Buy and very happy with both. They are almost identical, but bought them a year apart for each of my two boys.

good pc, had it for a while. might return it and ask for a new once since windows keeps crashing. add more fans or remove the white part of the front panel for better airflow.

i was going to build a pc for my nephew for the same specs of this cyberpowerpc built but came out i'm paying more so i decide to buy this one instead of building one. he use it mainly for gaming and he loves it.

Decided to go CyberPower for my first gaming PC, can honestly say I couldnt be happier with my decision. Delivery took less than a week, and product showed up undamaged as well as mouse and key board.

Good for a prebuilt system. I tested it out first thing on the cyberpunk 2007 game when it was first out and able to play with all video settings maxed out.

Excellent build for the price! I really wanted to build my PC, but since COVID hit, PC parts are in hot demand and going out of stock really fast, so I decided to just go with a decent prebuilt for now.

The PC arrived well assembled and works very well. The components at this price is a great value. The included keyboard is pretty nice for a freebie, but the mouse is right handed, not ambidextrous.

I love the lights it has 2070 super having the ss drive which makes it faster. it is a really good gaming computer hope the graphics card holds up better than the Ibuypower gaming system I bought
