Great PC for its value and it looks great. Really happy with the purchase and the fact I can play most games at very high settings with good frame rates. Not top notch but still fantastic

This PC is a great value for a mid / high level gaming PC. I’ve had no problem maxing out frame rates on the games I’ve been playing and I’ve been using Ultra graphics settings for all of them.

Excellent! I was concerned a bit since I saw some reviews mentioned it being loud, but I honestly cannot complain about the noise or anything else for that matter. Awesome set up.

It’s a great pc for gaming, streaming, and editing I got a ryzen 7 3700x 3.6ghz and a pny 2070 super it also had a rgb button on the top to change the colors I wish it came with a HDD tho.

I was so mad because I love this pc it was my first gaming pc and the only think is the heating omg. 82.7 in 20 minutes

Nice machine although adding an additional hard drive proved troublesome as there were no sata cables pre-installed.

Great computer in general! love it! Motivates my son to do all his homework from school. Has a great quality, however, to be honest I fount it to be a little bit expensive.

This PC is a good value for the parts and labor, but had issues with build quality as well as customer service. Attempting to rectify a missing screw that causes issues with the front I/O was both unsuccessful and took at least a month of pulling teeth. If you purchase this product you will receive a good deal on paper, but will then be left in the hands of fate after that.

It works, came undamaged, no problems so far, mouse and keyboard are ok but would strongly recommend getting a gaming mouse and keyboard from a different source.

Excellent pc. Running Vr, 2 monitors, obs, and zoom all at once with no issues or dram drops. Highly recommend. Only gripe is the lack of usb c port. Not a huge deal

Came with a faulty NVME drive, customer service is mediocre at best, but other than that it's a good value rig.

Arrived fast, box was a little damaged but PC well protected, biggest complaint is hard to find matching parts to upgrade that match what already inside

Easy to build off of though be sure to read the space and what can be added to the motherboard. But if you can build a pc you should do that instead

So, so far it has been performing excellent. However last night one of the usb ports when plugin a usb cable it literally shuts dlthe pc off.

This computer runs just as good as my custom build. The temperature remains good even through game play and it runs very quiet! I'm happy with the purchase <3

very pleased, very good computer for everything all around. however there can be faulties with the hardware, but thats why warranty exists. very much buy

Upon setup I noticed the RGB lighting on the the cpu cooler and all the fans was not working. I called CP and they walked me through all the steps to resolve the problem. After an hour of checking and tightening connections, still nothing. They instructed me to send it back to them for a fix, or just exchange it at BB for another. I did the latter. The second one works fine, no harm no foul. Overall the PC is a beast for the price range.

Initial issues with windows getting installed. Issue was solved fairly quick with customer support. No other issues, good gaming PC.

My son really likes this PC. It was easy to setup and he hasn't had any issues with it. It looks pretty cool too. The lights can change color. Nice system.
