Broken product

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I received this computer as a defective product, I'm sure this isn't a best buy issue but this is where I bought it from, the computer was sold to me because the associate said I could stream and play games at the same time no problem. Then that day I was streaming and playing a game and my computer continuously was getting the blue screen for memory corruption. Had to take in my BRAND NEW $1,400 PC in to have it looked at and found there was a defective part causes the memory corruption. Ridiculous that I pay this much money for something not to work. And it is a giant hassle to try to get a replacement free part.

not too happy with switch to PC Gaming

I have heard great things about switching over to PC for gaming so I was excited about the switch. I purchased this PC on september 23rd and picked it up instore on September 26th. Took it home and set it up later that night. After, getting everything going, my screen all of sudden went black and the PC fans starting running high. Took several attempts of shutting down the PC and switch DP Ports to get picture back. The next day, the same thing happened and I was unsuccessful on getting picture again. Best Buy scheduled me a appointment on September 28th with Geek Squad. Geek Squad attempted HDMI and DP Ports to get picture at the store but was unsuccessful. I was told that the graphics card on the PC is no good. Best option was to do a full exchange and get a new PC shipped. So now I have to wait and then go back to the store again to pick up the new PC. Went and picked the new PC (same model as before ) on September 30th. That night after removing the PC from its packaging to start hooking it up, I noticed several different areas of frame damage. There is a significant dent right below the power supply. The glass casing on the PC does not sit flush because of damage done. etc. I then had to take the PC back to Best Buy again. I told Best Buy that I rather not go through the process of getting a 3rd one shipped because at this point frustration and stress of a big purchase is already maxed out. I told them that as long as I do not have any issues with the purchase internally, then I am willing to keep the item but also stated that I do not believe that I should be paying full price for an item that is $1400 and has framework damage. The Best manager was able to offer a $193 refund on the item. Manager was very helpful, so I am grateful for him. I just hope I have no more issues regarding this PC and I get to enjoy the positives of PC gaming. That is yet to be seen

Power supply failed in 20 days

I will never buy or recommend this brand to anyone ever. 1st computer gpu failed and this one the psu failed. Whish I could return this and buy parts to build my own. But unfortunately I'm outside of bestbuy return policy and I didnt get a Geek Squad Protection plan. So I'm stuck with a computer I know I'm just going to have to buy my own parts. Upside customer support is quick with getting back to you. They responded in 24 hours.

Just build your own

The unit I got had a CPU that kept over heating causing my games And the computer to stutter when under load. The fans are super cheap and are loud along with a crappy liquid cooler. The case also feels and is very cheap. Just stay away from these pre build and buy quality even if you have to spend a little more, also keep in mind that these systems aren’t tested when they are put together.

Damaged out of box

Part of the front glass was broken, a piece of plastic covering was broken off and part of the metal top was bent and damaged.

Constant blue screen errors

Junk broken down in no time.. little help from BB

Best buy has been 0 help even though this was a very expensive pc and they’re supposed to back a 1 year warranty on it. This PC ran great at first but overheats and now constantly crashes, blue screens, freezes and is a pain to get working.
