Good specs for price, terrible quality

Two months into ownership and getting multiple BSOD crashes per day. Repeated physical components, ran all diagnostic, memory test, and repair utilities. No change. Reinstalled windows and now it crashes on installation every time. Something in the machine has a serious fault that is not showing up on any testing or diagnostic tool Have never had a brand new computer with even a ten of the problems as this one.

This pc doesn't have room for a capture card.

Frequent Crashes and PSU Failure

With all of the part shortages, I decided to take a chance on CyberPower. Had random freeze-ups 3 times and swore if it crashed again I would return it. The 4th crash was due to the power supply going out. Cheap PSU's don't tend to last long but less than a month? This machine is going back. It only has a 600w PSU which is sketchy for a "high end" gaming PC.

Worked 2 days, now it turns off after I turn it on

Now I can’t even get it to stay on. It was on, then turned off out of nowhere. Thought my plug had fallen out of my wall outlet. Small lights still on inside the pc. Tried entirely unplugging it and so on. Lights turn on, rear fan doesn’t go on. Pc starts loading, then bam turns off. It doesn’t turn back on after that.

Do not buy this PC

There are thousands of gaming PCs out there. Do yourself a favor and buy one that won’t just randomly turn off for no reason, it will save you the trouble of having to exchange it for one that doesn’t have this problem.

Junk computer

It should be taken off the market because it is wrong to sell someone something that they know has problems. I’m so glad we opened it up before Christmas to see how it works. I wouldn’t recommend this computer to anyone.

Broken pieces, fan doesn’t work, missing screws

Very disappointed with this purchase. Hopefully geek squad can make this right!

Complete lemon

I drove 2 hrs to pick this up. Paid $1450.

Did not work!

After troubleshooting it I looked into the reviews on CyberPower to find out that many people have the same problem as I did. I retuned it as soon as I could.

Everything a casual gamer could ask for!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Main Parts: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X ASRock B450M Gaming MSI GeForce RTX 2070 Super (Dual-Fan) Ballistix 16GB RAM WD Blue SN550 M.2 1TB SSD EVGA 60+ Gold 600W Power Supply CyberpowerPC AIO Liquid Cooling\ CyberpowerPC Full ATX Tower CyberpowerPC Elite M1-131 Mouse CyberpowerPC NOHI 01 Keyboard Everything worked as soon as I turned it on. Note that one RGB Fan wire was loose/unplugged when I opened the back, but I plugged it in before turning on the machine for the first time. Runs cool, quiet, fast. On Metro Exodus, I got 60-70 FPS maxed out settings in 1440p. Rocket League maxed out goes above 144Hz and League of Legends goes above 240Hz with all settings maxed out for 1440p. This is all without overclocking. Overall, I am very pleased with the purchase. BestBuy was quick to have the item ready for pickup (1 business day). I've never built a PC before, but the prices for parts matched that of this build if you include a copy of Windows 10. I'm also comfortable with upgrading computer parts. Everything was straight forward and works well.

Great Value But Very Loud PSU.

Mine came with a EVGA gpu, Patriot ddr4 3000MHz, and ASRock B550AM Gaming motherboard. Out of the box the exhaust fan did not work. I called Cyberpower and they were really helpful and sent me a new fan. The only downside to this pc was that the power supply was extremely loud. I could hear it down my hallway with the doors closed. I thought about upgrading the psu but I ended up just returning it.
