Great PC for the price But.....
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got my PC in yesterday and the first thing I noticed when I powered it on was the 2 out of the 3 ring lights inside the PC were either out or glitching. Still don't understand how to fix this defect with this but been on customer support with cyberpower for 30 minuets now. Also, be aware to check the wiring before you turn it on because two of my wires were disconnected maybe from shipping. Overall the PC is good but the only thing that can be upgraded is the motherboard. ASrock B450m Gaming WiFi AM4 is what's in right now. Overall, pretty legit PC. Definitely good to run games such as Call of Duty and Fortnite.

Easy set up and good spec
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I needed a new computer for working from home as mine up and died. This had the specs I needed and at a good price. I thought about building one myself but the time and effort just didn't justify the ease that came with buying this build. It has everything I needed and the set up was so easy. I did have to order a few new adapters for my older monitors since this set up only has displayport/hdmi inputs for the displays. That obviously is nothing on this build but something to keep in mind to order at the same time if someone has older monitors. Also being able to pick it up the same day I ordered it was also another major plus.

Literally buy this one. You won't be disappointed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My family is very meticulous about buying expensive things, especially my mom. So when I bought this PC, along with a monitor, she was a bit worried about it. How it would run. If it was worth it. Things like that. When I had ordered it, I took it to Geeksquad, and they were able to do whatever they did in 12 hours when usually it took 1-3 days. So, I took it home and unboxed it. That took a little while, but only because the foam was hard to get to. Once I had opened it up, the setup process was very simple. Just put the cords in the right places, turn it on, and bam. This thing was AN ABSOLUTE MONSTER. I quickly downloaded League of Legends, my first game, and when I booted up a game, instead of the old 75 fps I was getting, I now sported a new 240 FPS with all the graphics on very high. I then went on to download Valorant, and the same thing happened. I was consistently averaging over 200 FPS on these games, and the PC itself was quiet. There was a small hum, but unnoticeable when you were playing. Days after playing I downloaded some more games (Genshin, MC, Rocket League, OSU, all small ones), and then I downloaded Warzone. Took a while to download, but it was the same exact result, essentially. With maximum graphics, I was consistently averaging 150-200 FPS with no spikes. I've just scratched the surface with this thing. I'm considering streaming, but have no worries that this thing can run it. This PC is a beast.

Defective on arrival. PC will not power on.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered one on the 25th and picked it up in store on the 4th for an in store pickup. Came home and plugged everything in. There was no power. It was dead on arrival. Either the PSU or the Motherboard was defective. The PC simply did not power on, however, peripherals such as my RGB mouse and keyboard lit up once plugged in. I called CyberPowerPC for support and they weren't much help. Just the basics of seating and reseating cables, ram, gpu, etc. I would've taken out the PSU to do a pin test but didn't want to risk voiding the warranty. I bought it on for a return and explained to the customer service team at BestBuy what happened. They did some tests and agreed that the PC was indeed defective on arrival. I placed an order for another one that will be arriving on the 14th. I will update this review once that arrives. Hopefully nothing comes defective again. I was really excited and waited weeks for this to arrive. Now I have to wait another 10 days, hoping that the next one won't suffer the same issue.

Very Good PC
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was satisfied with the PC I got. Everything worked real well and it even came with CD's for the motherboard and GPU (even though there's no disk drive on this PC but oh well). It runs just about any game on the market right now at max settings and can even do ray tracing. Overall it was a good PC and I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a top notch gaming PC for a reasonable price!

Great First PC
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't have this exact model, I currently own the model prior to this one. Has the same exact specs besides the newer model having just a SSD where as mine has a 250 GB SSD and a 1 TB HD. I have owned this PC since the end of February. I use it almost every day for 3-8 hours of gaming. I play with graphics set to High and it runs them with no issues. I have ran games such as Fortnite, CoD Warzone, Valorant, and Minecraft (with RTX and Shaders for those interested). I've played video games for years, and have always wanted a Gaming PC. Looking online at builds and pre-builts became overwhelming. I started to lean towards building one myself, but since I haven't built a PC before, and for the specs/look I wanted, it became a little out of my budget. I thought I was settling for a pre-built. Until I found this one for a price less than I was willing to spend, and had almost all the specs I wanted. I plan on having this PC for many years to come. It handles all my gaming, streaming, and daily needs. For somebody looking for a great PC for an amazing price, and can handle all the games you heart wants to play, look no further. You will not be disappointed with this one. In fact I would be a little jealous due to the fact the new model comes with the 1TB SSD.

More than what I thought I was getting...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Being new to the gaming PC world, I was always told that building a PC was always more cost effective that purchasing a prebuilt one. After piecing one together (sourcing all the same parts) and comparing it to this Cyberpower PC, the difference was negligible, as in maybe $100 difference. $100 difference to me for piece of mind that it was done correctly, is definitely worth it. My initial impression when opening the box was that this was a very serious machine. After updating the drivers and installing the FPS games I wanted, Black Ops Cold War and Warzone, I have to admit I am seriously impressed and honestly should have made the switch from console to PC a long time ago. I am writing this review after about a month of ownership and gaming on it consistently every other day for hours at a time. The cooling system is top notch (keeps the GPU temp @55-60 degrees Celsius), the processor is lightning fast, and the graphics card is capable enough to produce 165-190 FPS pretty consistently. I would DEFINITELY recommend this PC to anyone who asks.

Quiet and powerful
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This machine got enough power to handle almost anything in FHD or QHD and the 2070 super resembles 2080 with higher clock speed but less cuda cores. Overall it's a good buy for the price.

Actually great if everything works
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently purchased this rig to replace my 7-year-old PC. For the first few days it was great. I had never had an SSD before, and I was blown away by how fast everything loaded. What took minutes now took seconds. I was also able to run Doom Eternal on Ultra Nightmare graphics settings no problem (with a gig of VRAM to spare!). The RGB lighting was also cool, even if not strictly necessary. So why am I giving this one star if I have such high praise? Well, on day 5 of operation, it suddenly shut off, and I was not able to turn it on again, no matter how much I fiddled around with various components. Looking around the internet, the most likely culprit was either the power supply or motherboard, and I saw previous reviews mentioning power supply issues. Rather than try to mess with all that, I just returned it to Best Buy, and thankfully I was able to get my money back. Despite all that, I won't say to not get this PC. I think I mostly just had bad luck. After all, components just fail every once in a while, even if they're brand new. I will say to exercise caution, however, and definitely take advantage of Best Buy's return policy if needed. If all the components are good, this is a great PC overall.
