Many appreciate its ease of setup and the smooth gaming experience it provides, although some users have noted issues with the system's noise levels and the quality of certain components. A few customers reported receiving units with damaged cases or defective motherboards. Overall, the positive feedback on performance outweighs the negative comments regarding build quality and noise.

After being away from PC gaming for a while this was a quick and easy way to try and get back up to speed. Running 144 FPS on max settings for Warzone. Quick start up speeds and easy multi-monitor & multitasking. Only 4/5 because pins weren't fully plugged into GPU upon unpacking. First time buyers just make sure everything is plugged in before trying to power on!

its honestly a great pc i get about 230+ FPS on rainbow and can even go higher. I recommend it to anyone wanting to start at a good spot. But only thing holding it back from a 5 star is thats is loud and by this i mean unless i have my headset on its clearly audible at least for me so expect a cpu cooler and fan upgrade in the near future unless you don't mind it.

i bought this pc when i was super new to pc gaming and I've been watching videos and slowly upgrading my parts and I've gotten to the point i swapped out all the fans i switched to corsair's water cooling aio i upgraded my ram and the motherboard even the power supply i would've been better off just building my own computer but i didn't have the knowledge i would strongly recommend you see about building your own computer this computer is good but the PC i received my CPU would get extremely hot playing games like Rainbow six siege it wasn't until i swapped out my fans, watercooling, and even the case that i saw a good difference in temps for my CPU these are the specs my computer had when i bought it CPU Ryzen 7 3700x RAM ballistix 16gb 2x 8gb GPU GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER WINDFORCE MB ASROCK B450 GAMING PSU 600w Thermaltake the only things that i transffered over from the original pc was the CPU, GPU and the 1TB SSD everything else i bought brand new and rebuilt my pc

This was my first gaming PC, I wanted to build but saw that this had everything I wanted and for a similar price I went with this. The set up was effortless and I was playing COD and MS Flight Simulator the same day. The computer seems really well put together so far and very easy to upgrade as I have already added RAM. Will keep this updated as I collect performance data.

For the price you just can't beat it. It would've cost more to build one from scratch and that's if your lucky enough to find all the parts you need right now. Mine seems a bit different than others that have reviewed it. Mine came with an ASUS b550m-a mother board and others got something different. Two other friends and I got the same computer and we all love it so far.

I initially was going to build a computer until I found this, the first desktop I have ever purchased for myself! (I have been building my computers since high school, well over a decade... I'm getting old) It went out of stock on me when I was ready to make my purchase but was available again relatively soon. worth the wait!! The specs you get for the price cannot be beat!! You will easily spend $300+ more building this (if you can find available parts) not to mention time. The build quality is 8/10 but that is because I am picky about cable management and one of the thumb screws doesn't screw easily. I am planning on adding another 16GB of RAM in the 2 empty slots to bring it up to 32GB. Not because I need it... Because I want it =) This has been running smoothly for the past few days, not even any hiccups.... I hope I didn't just jinx it...

I was looking for a computer primarily to play PCVR. This computer seemed to have really good specs at a great price. When the box arrived, it was cut open in the middle. After unpacking, I noticed the bottom of the computer frame was bent. The top had glue on the mesh part that covers the tower. And I could not get it to work with VR. I kept getting all sorts of GPU errors, crashes, and restarts. Steam wouldn't run. I decided to exchange it. The second one looks perfect, runs perfectly. I'm guessing the first one was used, even though I ordered new. The new one ran VR very well using Virtual Desktop on the Oculus Quest for games like Half Life: Alyx. There is a bit of lag, but that might be the router, or the settings I haven't figured out what to tweak to yet. But it's very playable. After searching around the internet, this seemed to be the best deal I've found that weighed specs vs price. If you don't need it for VR, I think this would run most games extremely well, and it runs VR very well too. I'm glad I purchased this, and would recommend. Just watch out for being sent used or damaged goods.

Have been running my trusty i7 950 4 core for over 10 years now, mostly 24/7 on windows 7. Done what I want except run new software and fast. Checked prices on building my own and would not compare to this. I realize the graphics is a major part of the cost, but needed now and for my next 10 year run. Used to wait at least 3 mins from cold boot to running and sometimes do a warm boot after that. This computer a little over 35 secs to start. The SSD NME drive is 1tb and super fast. The new Fltsim 2020 runs well on the speed and graphics. Could not tell you game fps since I do not play games and never hooked up the RGB controller. Vegas Pro Edit 18 renders about twice frame rate speed. Runs pretty cool around 34 to 45 degrees at idle and with 8 cores at over 95% usage trips a little over 75degrees. Worse part is Win10 and getting it set. Did a Win10 update and blew most of my settings. Reasonable quiet from fan noise. I do have a new Corsair quiet fan power supply waiting if needed. UserBenchMark rates it at 100% (the NVE at 252%). Overall is a really great buy. Could not have built myself for that price. Cyberpower has 1 year parts and labor and lifetime tech support. Called them once about the bios and outstanding help.

Easy to set up, great computer for the money. Super happy with my purchase! I've had no issues running any of the software or games that I wanted to be able to use (and that my old computer couldn't run). The only negative for me is that the tower is unexpectedly large so pay attention to the dimensions if you have limited or tight space for your computer.

Overall, solid PC. I have purchased ibuypower before this and it crashed too many times so I returned it and got this instead. Everything works well. I have played BFV and GTA with ultra option, and no lagging. One thing to note is that its quite noisy. If you don't mind that it's a really good pc for beginner.

Overall the computer is very good. It runs everything I need it too. The only down sides are that one of the screw holes was a bit stripped for the case. Also some hidden zip ties on one of the wires was catching on the graphics card fan, after adjusting it wasn’t an issue. Mine came with the MSI RTX 2070 super.

PC arrived on time and well packaged. It runs amazing as expected given the specs. Unfortunately, my PC arrived without windows 10 activated. I called Best Buy twice in regards to this. This is also why I took 1.5 stars off. I’m very dissatisfied and ended up purchasing my own activation key rather than continue to jump through a million hoops and/or return the entire pc and re- order one. 1st call went along the lines of: return it, no other option. 2nd call went like: return it or bring it in. The 2nd call I asked for a supervisor to just grant me an activation code.... sat on hold for 30 minutes just to be transferred to an in-store geek squad member who told me to call Microsoft. Ridiculous bestbuy. I just wanted an activation code...

Although I've only had the system for a few days it hasn't failed to impress me. Started up with no problems straight out of the box. If I had one criticism it would be the packing used inside the case - it was a little difficult to remove and I was a little worried I was going to damage the video card since it seemed to be wrapped around it..I guess better safe than sorry though. Performance has been excellent - everything loads up fast, nothing has given me any problems. I would have liked a little more detailed info on how to change some of the stuff that is customizable like the case lights, but I'm sure I can find that with a quick internet search. The one thing I would have liked to see is maybe a little label with the system specific info (serial #, model #, etc) right on the registration card..I did happen to keep the box and it was listed on there so easy enough to find but just for convenience sake.. Anyway, overall so far so good. Will update if any problems arise.
