Works perfectly, only thing is that the power supply is pretty loud.

Very Good PC! It has run all my games at high settings so far!

Beautiful casing, very easy to open on both sides and add additional pieces to if wanted. Runs really well on all my games (especially COD Warzone and Multiplayer) and it's nice to be able to turn the colors on/off without having to go into a program if it's too bright at night.

I really like this pc. It's really good for gaming.

Computer came within 5 days with no damage or defects. Plugged in and installed some updates and it was ready to go. Gets hundreds of frames on game like Call Of Duty Warzone and gets around 60 frames on high settings on Microsoft Flight Sim 2020. Great all around Computer. Mine came with a MSI 3 fan 3070. Computer also runs at acceptable temps.

CyberPower PC has by far the worst customer service and tech support. I purchased PC from Best Buy and it was DOA. PC won’t turn off and won’t connect via graphics card to HDMI on monitor. Told by Geek Squad that they would do an exchange due to it being unfixable, but there isn’t a PC available unless I want to spend $4,000. Geek squad repair department would take 6-8 weeks. I’d rather try to get it fixed in warranty than not have a PC at all. So, I reached out to CyberPower after waiting an hour on hold. They got my information repeated it back to me and said they would send me out a UPS return label after the phone call. Quoted turn around time around 2-3 weeks due to the holidays. Never received prepaid UPS label. Spoke with sales customer support because that’s the only line you can get thru. I asked for a manager and they told me, “no I have to call the 888 number.” Tried calling back over 10 times with no response. Sent 4 emails, no response. The next day I tried again and finally got thru after multiple times and reached tech support agent named Eddy who was very rude even though I didn’t lose my cool. I told him I was confused why he was disrespecting me and he responded unapologetically stoned and told me he has worked there for 5 years blah blah... no apology for how he sarcastically treated me or how the ball was dropped on me. If you want to speak to a manager, good luck, this company is controlled by stoned, sarcastic and rude individuals. They don’t verify if the information is correct and don’t care about your problems or apologizing for their attitudes. It’s not my fault you don’t test your computers before sending them out, even says on the sticker on the back of the PC. When the ball is dropped, your suppose to help. Mistakes happen, rude and disrespectful responses... I deserve better than that. No matter where I’ve worked, even if it’s not my fault, I apologize and help to resolve the issue to help customers feel supported and cared for. If I’m lucky, they will repair this correctly. If not, well then I guess I’ll be leaving another review.
