came in broken though everything worked out perfect fine in the end after having to wait a month because i had to ship it to cyber power to fix it. Though now, i have a pc at use and i am very happy

This thing is amazing! My only gripe is I havent a clue how to change the LED's inside. I downloaded software for the ASRock Polychrome, doesnt work. Also tried through the bios with no success. Still awesome though

Excellent gaming computer. There have been some other reviews about slow wireless card but haven't had any issues. The computer is extremely quiet and didn't have any issues with Windows not being loaded or clips hitting the fans. Very pleased.

This is the second CyberPower prebuilt I purchased from Best Buy, both have been top quality and have never had an issue. For the money you really get a great deal, and it's as close as plug and play you can get with a PC. Best Buy has also always been easy to work with, and always helpful if any issued popped up.

This computer has run flawlessly so far! My computer was received free of damage and in perfect working condition! I did follow another reviewers advice and installed 3 fans at the top of the case to help with air flow. He uploaded a full video with instruction you can probably find below.

Great PC!! Ran COD and Overwatch at 144 FPS with 2K resolution. It could probably do more but those are my monitors max specs, it all looked incredible. The PC wasn’t super loud and stayed around 53 Celsius when gaming. Great look, great build. Cyber Power PC does good work :))

Hell of a system, has been a beast so far, and can't believe how quiet it was to run. So far have run some 4K gaming and it has stayed cool and quiet. Cabling management was more than I expected when I received it ,really nice, and it looks like upgrading for future won't be so hard.

This is a good PC to start with. Setup was very simple but I do wish there were more options and manners of checking out a simpler instructions booklet or a video for a few questions I had.

Never had a pc not work out of the box before. Basically I got it, was super excited, then regardless of the hdmi slot I plugged it into, or any of the 3 monitors and multiple cables, I tried with, it would not boot up consistently and when it did, it showed visual verticals and horizontal artifact. Either the video card is defective or the assembly came loose. Best buy wanted to replace it rather than to try to fix it so the next one is coming.

Best way to get a 3070 these days. Works perfect out of the box. RAM speed was already set to 3000mhz. I added some extra fans to the top to exhaust air out just to be safe. Just remember to attach the antennas for Bluetooth to work correctly (even if you don't use the Wi-Fi)!

This computer has been nothing short of exceptional so far. My particular build came with a GIGABYTE Gaming OC three fan 3070, and an ASRock b450 motherboard. The PC is well built and stays cool. Very happy with my purchase.

Good affordable way to get a 3070 (msi Ventus 3x). Worked right of of the box no issues. Cable manage was better then most I’ve seen. Con: price could have been cheaper with the other components inside this prebuilt. I would recommend this pc any day vs paying $1400+ for a 3070

No problems, but i wish i could change the RGB through a software than just clicking on the RGB button and not having the color i want, but all in all. Happy with the purchase

Don't let other specs fool you , this is all you really need great cable management , the only downside would be limited upgradability due to the motherboard size but thats about it

I bought this PC from cyberpower overall happy with the prebuilt pc. Only complaint would be that windows does not activate and I have tried to contact them but have not received a response

Build quality is a little bit lacking. Rivets instead of screws and several panels were warped slightly. The case is big, that is for sure. Looks nice when powered on.

I purchased a CyberPowerPC and it was a fantastic experience. The PC arrived on time, and was fully functional as received. It was easy to setup, and is a very capable piece of hardware. Plus, it was the only way I could get my hands on an RTX 3070 from nVidia. Very satisfied!

After 8 months of ownership, I can say that the PC is ok. Definitely overpriced and the performance is substandard. I have been getting BSOD and when I play a game sometimes it freezes. I have maximized my ram slot to hopefully solve the issue but it still happens. Although it doesn't happen all the time, I am just disappointed that for a price like this, I should expect quality performance.

I've done lots of research before purchasing this and it definitely paid off. can play lots of games with great quality. graphics is amazing. Also, shipping was very fast, compared to all delays happening with any other retailer. I received it in a week. I am glad I updated!

Quick and easy setup. Everything works and was in its place. Nothing was damaged during shipping. From unboxing to powering on, probably took around 30 minutes total hooking everything up, then I was playing my favorite games again, only this time on a much better setup.
