PSU was dead on arrival

Was a headache just to get this machine before christmas, and now needs to be returned. How does it pass QC with a faulty PSU? Can't test anything without power. Leads me to believe there is minimal testing, if any. Do not recommend. the cpu and gpu are great, the rest is, apparently, not.

Cyber power pc

I had to send entire pc back for repair as they would not send me the part to fix. Very frustrating. When it finally does turn on it is a nice pc

Bout it for the RTX 3070

The quality of the build is very poor, in fact I had to take it almost completely apart and rebuild it. It tripped my circuit breaker (yes I tested it on multiple circuit breakers) every time the GPU decided to use some power, even though the unit never pulled more than 4.5A. So something is weird with the PSU, but I added a UPS which has seemed to fix the issue. 1 of the sticks of RAM was installed upside-down and was not seated properly. Windows was not activated, and I had to use my account which was linked to my old PC that I do not use anymore to activate it. I would give it a 1 star, but the price was too good for it to include a 3070, so 2 stars seems fair.
