Gigabyte MB or GPU is failing

Mine has had issues constantly with the gpu losing signal to my monitor. I returned the gpu to Gigabyte and they can’t find the issue. The gpu appears to overheat around 45 degrees C. I’ve submitted a 2nd RMA request. If they don’t replace the gpu, I’m returning the pc. Also the keyboard and mouse stay on even though the pc is off.

Cyberpower flashes beta or custom bios to some motherboards so you can't update them. Gigabyte claims model doesn't exist. Added 3 fans to keeps temps manageable.
