Graphics card self-destructed after 6 months

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.For the first six months of owning the machine, it worked great: graphics were wonderful, processing speed and power were top of the line, it didn't overheat, everything was great. Then it started turning itself off for no apparent reason in the middle of running games/programs it was previously perfectly capable of running. After contacting Geek Squad, we determined the graphics card had come unseated. We did the tried-and-true "take it out and plug it back in," which worked for a few months before more problems. They reccomended contacting CyberPower (the manufacturer) and getting the parts replaced. Cut to now, after a year of owning the machine and dealing with CyberPower, and my warranty is now up- I would need to pay at least $700 for them to replace the graphics card, not counting shipping/handling. When it worked, it worked. When it decided to stop working, it stopped working. Best Buy: 5/5 stars, did their best to help me with a machine made by a faulty company. CyberPower: 0/5 stars, run by people who don't seem to understand that most humans are on a budget and can't spend another thousand dollars on an already two thousand dollar machine. Do yourself a favor and get an HP or Alienware.

Terrible airflow, green stick garbage ram

When I got mine it had plane jane green stick ram that was slow as hell due to having awful timings. The case is terrible for airflow, this is a NZXT case knock off and it performs just as bad as the NZXT cases. Don't bother wasting time or money on this

Case was also dinged a bit from the edges and show some rust. I would have exchanged but they were out of stock. If I hadn't already done multiple builds, I wouldn't know what to do. Specs are decent for the price in current market., but QA/product shipping process is trash.
