    Bought this for the 3070 RTX card to install in another pc. Swapped components and kept this around for a home computer which is used for online school. Has never been used for mining or gaming and is off majority of the time. 8 months later and the ssd has failed, probably due to the poor air flow from other reviews I’ve read. If you’re buying this for its components, great. But don’t buy this expecting it to be a good pc, the gpu and cpu are the only good components.

    DOA GPU caused giant headache.

    Wanted to love this, by all means on paper you’re getting a tremendous deal. Only issue is the GPU it came with was DOA. After reading more reviews this seems fairly common. Worked with their support to exchange, which was not easy or timely, and they charged me shipping to them. New GPU comes from CyberPower in Irvine, and was also DOA. Had to take it back. Props to BestBuy for being professional about it and bummed I couldn’t enjoy this one!

    As many have noted, mine had also come with the green dots on BIOS screen, no windows loaded. Had to return it. Of course, they had none in stock to replace it and I wasnt able to be put on a wait list for the next available. Basically wasted 3 hours of my life driving back and forth from Best Buy, hooking all my components up then had to disconnect everything, repack the busted PC and drive back to Best Buy where I was told I could pay for Geek Squad to fix it or I could have my money back. Solid Customer service. Asked for a manager, and was told the store had no store manager. Unbelievable. This was at the Alakawa store in Honolulu.

    box super beat up, i can not run g-sync while trying to launch and app or it says my ports have lost signal, with the 3070 i cant pull more then 180 frames in fortnite with all low setting perfomance made and everything else to make it better. The mouse that came with it gave out in about a month and im not a kbm player but the left clicker doesnt work.

    Works well so far, unfortunately, the graphics card casing was a bit bent. Also had some trouble with Bluetooth connectivity

    Motherboard arrived DOA. Needed a computer now so instead of returning it I just replaced it. Plus its hard to find a video card at decent prices these days so I really didn't want to return the whole thing. Other than that all other parts worked perfectly. Would of given it at least 4.5 stars if it arrived in working order.

    Hello, I'm terribly with this purchase. I purchased this PC Feb 18, 2021 and first opened it and attempted to set it up on April 27, 2021. The reason for the delayed opening, is because I was awaiting completion of construction of my gaming room area. Furthermore, I thought I was buying the best of the best by paying premium price for this PC. What a very expensive disappointing, embarrassing, and disgraceful experience, the PC powers up but there's absolutely no display on the monitor. I contacted CyberPowerPC Help Center thinking it was something minor that I may have missed. Absolutely not, The Tech's diagnosis is a possible bad video graphics card, and that I have to pay for shipping the graphics card back to Cyberpower. He says well if that doesn't fix the problem, I'll then have to pay to ship the entire PC back and they'll have to do a complete diagnosis. It could be number of things, motherboard, loose wires, power supply etc. I'm totally discouraged and disappointed and really at a lost for words and probably $1500.00 as well. By the way the return period for Best Buy expired April 10, 2021. Totally unacceptable!!!

    Dead on arrival, it seems the GPU is broken. Ordered a new one, the computer looks great I just had bad luck.

    Came with a dead GPU, was on hold with Cyberpower from the time they opened until the time they closed. No one ever picked up. The case was also bent and the half the aio ports were bent. Brought it back to BestBuy, got a refund and that was that. Will never purchase anything from Cyberpower again.

    Broken after 3-4 months

    This worked fine for about 3-4 months. After that I would have an almost daily issue where the screen would suddenly glitch up like an atari game or just go completely blank (though the computer remained on). Resetting was the only way to recover. Tech support couldn't help so they junked it and I'm still waiting on a replacement. Frustrating!

    Shipped faulty PC, months later support has no fix

    Computer has been randomly reboots and says there is no sata drive since the week I received it. Got on chat with cyberpower support when I first received this PC and they gave me some instructions, none of which fixed the problem. I've now had this PC for months and it reboots randomly multiple times a day. Still no fix. very frustrating,

    Motherboard took a dump after 2 hours of use out of the box. Asrock motherboard... avoid like the plague. Was told that CyberPower grabs any motherboard off the shelf to build these. So its a random pick of the draw for quality. Ordered an exchange so we’ll see if it was worth it.

    BAD COMPANY!!!!! 2 Different PCs came to me BAD. 1st one had a bad power supply didn’t stay on when powered up. Went to Bestbuy they exchanged it. Got the 2nd today. Different GPU & IT WAS BAD!!!! CYBERPOWER DO YOU NOT TEST YOUR PRODUCT BEFORE SENDING OUT!? Don’t buy this

    PC lasted 2 days before graphics card and hard drive failed. Not sure if it was both of them being faulty but it constantly disconnected from displays and finally wouldn't boot windows. Returned it. Looks great but made with cheap hard drive and power supply and mother board.

    Ordered this computer and it went awful. Did the curbside pick up and it took then 20 minutes to come out and help anyone. I was the first one to get helped after 20 mins yet i was the last person there.. anyways that wasnt the problem. The ridiculously overpriced computer i bought didint work. The computer graphics card (gtx 3070) was fried. It would crash only 3 minutes into playing a game and after being ignored by cyberpower tech support , nvidia, and MSI support, i had to just return it to best buy before my return expired. Nobody at best buy knew how to fix it, which isint s problem i wouldn't really expect them to. But the issue i had was that they coudlnt replace what i paid 1800 for... i understand that the gpu market is overflowed but id still expect a large corp like best buy be able to get me a replacement that i would have gladly paid for
