    I really was enjoying this pc. Amazing specs and amazing graphics card. Unfortunately I was super unlucky and put of nowhere my pc and monitor would be on but I had a black screen. I tried uninstalling the drivers then re installing and checked all cables to make sure they were all connected. After spending about 6 hours on this I just gave up. The employee at Best Buy was amazing and was able to do the return for me even tho it was after the 15th day. Just my luck my pc broke on the 16th day but I was satisfied with the help I was receiving.

    Beware of Artifacting

    This was a miserable experience as a customer. My first PC that arrived had a dead on arrival 3070 graphics card causing the PC to crash on launch. I waited more than two weeks to get sent my exchange PC only to have the 3070 graphics card artifact a day after I set the PC up. The 3070's must have had a bad batch in the factory considering the amount of similar reports of artifacting. I decided to just get a refund this time to avoid risking another return trip.

    Was hoping for a different GPU. Seen a couple gpus go bad on these builds. Every part besides the gpu are low/standard quaity parts. Will eventually upgrade every part except the gpu. Tbh, if the gpus werent in such demand, this build will be considered trash and overpriced.

    Really displeased. This PC worked for just over a month of very low usage, then the video card died. Best Buy's return period was over, so I went to the manufacturer. Took a few weeks to get a new video card...which also isn't working. I'm switching that out for another replacement, which is going to take another few weeks. At any rate, if you're buying a pre-built PC from Best Buy, you might as well buy the service plan with it because if anything goes wrong they can't help you otherwise.

    Died After 3 Days

    The computer is amazingly fast and super beautiful! However, the first one only lasted 3 days before the PSU started smoking and fried the processor and MoBo. After some investigation, it looked like one of the pins in a molex connector (that was connected to the PSU) for the fans was pushed out and had been touching the chassis. Either that, or the super cheap PSU they used just went kaput and fried the processor and MoBo. Returned to Best Buy and will receive a new one in 5 days. I'll update this review after at least 3 months of use of the new one.

    Stay Clear or buy Geek Squad

    Pc new out of box just randomly loses power. Might stay on 30 seconds. Might stay on over night but then immediately shut off and wont turn back on. Called cyber power and waited a hour for them to say I can pay to ship it across the US for them to fix it. Tried installing a brand new PSU to rule out that as a problem and it still happens. It's a joke. If you buy this PC make sure you include the cost of geek squad in it because if you don't your on your own or fronting the shipping cost. I read many reviews about cyber power and thought maybe It wouldn't be me. Looks like its a lottery.

    PC DIDNT TURN ON SAME DAY I BOUGHT IT.

    I received this PC through Bestbuy on 06/21. Came in quick but when I got home & tried to get it to run the PC simply didnt turn on. I called Cyberpower immediately for assistance. They were able to access my phone camera and have me show them the inside of the PC.. They even had me try to unplug & plug things back in. Absolutely ridiculous process. They are now asking me to send the PC in to them in which I wont receive it back for 14 days after receiving.. Absolutely awful process. They told me to stay away from Pre-Builds & I really wish I did.

    GPU Dead After 11 Months of gaming

    Video card dead after just shy of 12 months under moderate gaming use by my daughter (Roblox, Minecraft, Fortnite). Had received an MSI RTX 3070 and now the GPU will not allow the computer to power on and the PSU instantly stops. Tried with other known working PSU / Motherboard / PCIe cables etc., but each time I try to power it on both of the PSUs beep at me and won't boot. Not sure if I even have a warranty anymore, or even so this card isn't still being manufactured to the best of my knowledge. So daughter now has to play on an old 1050ti and I'm out of a several hundred dollar portion from this purchase.

    PC was DOA. Checked for loose wires on MB and switches and found nothing. Guessing the power supply was bad. Back to the search for a desktop with a 3070. Hope others have better luck.

    After setting up the computer and booting it on for the first time, I was surprised to see that none of the fans were spinning. I'm sure I was just an unlucky person that got defective fans but I'm not buying this product again.

    The pc looks good but the first work for almost 3 weeks stop working then replaced with another one the second one did not work has defective graphics card also been returned. i think who ever building the pc's they need to test the pc before they ship it to the customer's. To save time and money.

    Gigabyte = bane of my existence/2 DOA back to back

    First pc had gigabyte mobo and gpu = dead gpu, was lucky enough to get an exchange. Second pc, again, had gigabyte mobo and gpu -> dead mobo. Can't get an exchange because it's out of stock. GS(geek squad) can't do much because Cyberpowerpc won't let them do squat... Already sent it to the repair center and their is a fair chance that it will come back the exact same way it was sent. TL;DR: if you want a pc with a 3070 or one that just works, don't buy this pc or a cyberpower pc

    Think twice before you purchase

    If I could give this a 0 review I would. I purchased this pc waited a week and a half for it to come in and I get in one of the top 3070 cards you can get. The problem was the packaging was balled up in the corner of the case so the graphics card was left flopping in transit and it was DOA. I got luck when returning it and was able to get a new one, I waited another week, it came. I get the pc home open it up and its the absolute worse 3070 you can buy, it runs some games good but other poorly due to the poor power consumption the card has. Id recommend if you build your own pc if possible.

    No quality control

    I was super excited to pick this up after trying to find a 3070 gpu for months. The motherboard was DOA and I had to return it an hour later. There is even a sticker on there that says it was not tested as a unit before shipping. Gee that sounds smart. Additionally, Best Buy tried to help but couldn’t and did not really offer anything in it’s place. I’m a little disappointed that I wasted 2 hours with this mess only to come up empty handed. Looks like I’ll be buying my pc elsewhere.

    Logic Faults! Left, Right, and Center

    I was beyond excited to pick this up. I took it home, it looked and sounded great. There was a fault in the Logic that prevented it from booting Windows, or a fault in the Motherboard Logic. Display went dark but monitor still showed signal. It went through an endless cycle of restarting and crashing. A hard reset would bring up the BIOS for a couple seconds before that crashed multiple times. One time I was able to enter the time zone but when it went to utilize the OS, it crashed again and again. Either way, I returned it…and my search continues.

    Powerful PC, expect just adjustments to keep cool

    Reading some of the other reviews made me a little hesitant to purchase this, but I'm glad I did. The price wasn't bad and everything worked out of the box. I also got an MSI 3070 so that was lucky. The pc is actually pretty quiet most of the time, so I guess people complaining about it being noisy are very sensitive to noise. Even when under considerable load it's not very loud, but it does get hot. Just looking at the case you can tell airflow was not a priority. Temps get into the mid 70s when under heavy load. Taking off the side made the temps drop 6 to 7 degrees. I purchased some fans for exhaust on the top so hopefully that help. All in all a really powerful pc for a decent price.
