$2,000 Brick - Horrible Experience

Would not even turn on. And of course Best Buy doesn't have a backup Nvidia 3070 to replace it, so I'm out of luck for who knows how many months. Hilarious that this prebuilt PC was a complete nightmare to deal with as I was looking to get up and running ASAP. 0/10 I've also heard bad things about CyberPower generally as of late. Going to likely avoid this brand for when I look to get my new PC. Horrible experience. This is the first review I've left in years but these people deserve it.

Wouldn’t Stay Powered On

It wouldn’t stay powered on for more than 4 minutes before shutting off. We didn’t want to give it up so easily, so the Geek Squad offered to diagnose. They discovered the motherboard was damaged and would have to be sent back to the Manufacturer. My son was disappointed, so we just returned it. If I could give a zero rating, I would...

defective, and defective

Returned it and the next one had a working GPU but the CPU is overheating, fan isn't working, is listed as 'n/a' in bios (flickers back and forth from 0 or n/a to 55 to 65 rpm. Fan spins but computer overheats even when idle and will shut off. Planning on returning it today but I'm just so tired of dealing with it it's caused so much grief over the passed few weeks.

Bad unit

Mine had Bad Mobo, DOA NVme (well, worked first time but next morning, comp couldnt find the nvme), High cpu temp even with water cooling (playing COD WZ made it hover around 90'C.), and occasional BSOD...and so on..... Just returned it to Best Buy and going back to hunt for different computer with RTX 3070.

DOA on both separate occasion of ordering.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this pc and recieved it with a dead gpu and a fsulty motherboard, but was able to work with Best Buy to receive an identical system and that identical system was DOA as well. You would expect for this kind of money to receive a working PC at least. Cyberpower PC is a brand I would steer clear of, as these prebuilts are faulty and are put together in a ver poor manner (my baby cousin can build a PC better than they can from the looks of it).

Terrrible quality & cheap components

On the 31st day after purchase (when I could no longer return), SSD died. It took CyberPowerPC 6 weeks to send a replacement. CyberPowerPC tech support was incredibly slow and never kept their word. Immediately after that the Graphics card started showing artifacting (apparently a VRAM issue) and now I have to return it and wait a long time again. 2 major issues in less than 5 months.

Was told when I brought it in to Geek Squad that this could not be exchanged for another unit (out of stock), nor could I exchange it for another unit that might come in at a later date. Additionally, I was told that the item could be repaired, but I would be charged a fee for the repair. It doesn’t make sense to me why I would be charged for a repair for a product that was sold to me in a defective state.

Test the product better before you ship it!!

After unboxing and and connecting all the peripherals, I tried to go into the windows setup. The motherboard was junk so it would just display an error screen and prompt you to restart. Of course being that it’s the holidays and it was a 3070. It’s no longer in stock and has no ETA on a restock. This is the second CyberPower prebuilt I have had to return(2070super) luckily the first was in stock and it was a simple exchange.

What a massive disappointment

Faulty GPU so completely unable to even boot into windows. No physical damage that I can see anywhere that would indicate the problem happened from poor handling during shipping, this was a problem with the people that put it together and DIDN'T test the product to make sure it (the GPU) works. It's 2021 how hard is it to make sure the computer functions before you sell it?

Windows not active

It booted up with Windows not activated and I am still waiting on Cyber Power to send me an activation key after 2 days.. Also the CPU fan RGB lights were not working on 1st start up. Ended up being loose connections on the back panel.

I have been trying to get into PC gaming for a while now and was debating whether or not to build or get a prebuilt in this current market and once I had seen this PC I had instantly fallen in love with it. It has a Ryzen 7 3700X, RTX 3070, 2 sticks of 8 gigs of ram at 3000mhz, b450 motherboard with WIFI, and a coolermaster AIO, and a 1TB SSD all for 1450 USD. whenever I had put everything into PC part picker in had been around 150USD more expensive so it was a great deal. I mainly play COD on my pc and I cap my FPS at 165 and it stays constant at 1440P medium to ultra settings. which is exactly what I was looking for couldn't have gotten anything better for the price I was buying at.

Burning PC

After running a graphics intensive game, the PC started to emit a burning smell, which I can only guess came from the PSU. Not even one day and there are already MAJOR issues. I decided to roll the dice, even after reading some AWFUL Cyberpower reviews, and uh...my dice rolled some pretty bad numbers, I guess. For $1,350, you would think something like that WOULDN'T happen.

I drove 2hrs to pick this product up for instore purchase to drive 2 hrs back home. Total of 4hrs yes I know I did that on my own. I spent another hour admire the pc then to finally go power it on……. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING MY PC WAS DOA. Never got the chance to experience the 3070 series….. worst I paid cash I purchased on 6/19 today I finally got my refund back….

Looks nice but parts are broken

2 Bad Gigabyte GPU’ (so far)

However I bought 2. 1 works fine the other was DOA With a dead GPU. Best Buy replaced it and it had the same issue dead GPU. I’m now waiting for the 3rd one to be delivered

Still under repair till now for a new computer and it looks like with bad motherboard. Almost a month now since we purchase it. I couldn’t give a good rating this time. Will re visit once we get the computer back

Bad quality and poor service

Manufacturer wants us to pay shipping to get it sent to them all the way in CA to diagnose. I read on forums that they sometimes take months to send it back, and often times isn't even fixed. They never answer emails either. Waste of time and $1500.
