    Bought this around a year ago. Everything ran fine. A year later, right outside the warranty range, the GPU starts shutting down randomly and finally today I get green dots on startup meaning the GPU is dead. Almost like they built these to last just outside the warranty range...

    Dead SSD, Terrible support and bad assembly

    SSD dead in less than a week. Motherboard is borderline featureless and the cpu cooler was mounted incorrectly with only 3 screws instead of all four. Keeping it just for the 3070 and nothing else. CyberpowerPC support is a joke - closes the support ticket immediately and asks for feedback via survey.

    Would not recommend

    We were excited about this purchase but after two days the computer kept restarting every time my son played a game. The CyberPower support wasn’t good and we would have to wait days to figure out issue. Luckily Best. buy was able to let us exchange and we chose a different brand. We heard this brand is known for theses types of issues.

    Don't fall for the specs. This computer is trash

    Do not buy this computer. I bought it once, and windows wouldn't start. I returned it and gave it a second try, bought it again. It would turn on, but nothing would show on the monitor. One whole month between buying it and actually waiting for it to be ready, twice. Do not waste your money nor your time with this piece of garbage.

    Received this PC with a faulty gigabyte rtx 3070. Could not return and get a replacement because the PC sold out the day after I bought it. Had to go through Cyberpower for a replacement graphics card and have been waiting 2 weeks now. Beware buying these prebuilts, would’ve built my own if it weren’t for this gpu shortage.

    Waste of money

    Terrible. Have had it for 6 months and have had nothing but trouble with it. Crashes all the time, consistently goes black screen. Have taken it to geek squad who says nothing is wrong but that I should send it to the manufacturer who “won’t fix it but replace it” no matter the PC it doesn’t get past 130 FPS.

    A Nightmare!

    Booted the computer up, windows would boot. After download a fresh install of windows I tried to update and download all the drivers. Turns out the motherboard isn’t reading my GPU. I thought I was getting a decent deal with all the components, turns out I was getting a giant headache. Not worth buying, even for the 3070.

    What a disaster. Within six months, I had a GPU issue, windows completely crashed, I was losing video signal left and right because of the GPU issue, and now a storage problem. Don't waste your money. This is NOT worth it.

    Pretty Good

    I received my unit within 5 days of ordering. Box had one hole in it upon arrival. However, there was no damage. Components: Gigabyte 3070 8gb OC triple fan Atx pr800w plus gold PSU (after looking it up I’m considering replacing, seems like a very cheap unit) 2x8gb ddr4 ram crucial ballistics @3000mhz Ryzen 3700x Asrock b450M/ac (AM4) Initial start up went well. I was a bit concerned reading some of the previous reviews saying how windows wasn’t activated and some of the GPU’s came dead on arrival. But my system started up flawlessly. My first course of action was to benchmark using 3dmark : Timespy. The combination score was right at 13,000 with the gpu scoring 14,080 and the cpu scoring 9,174. My next course of action was to play CoD Warzone. This rig had no issues running on the highest settings with ray tracing OFF at 120-150fps (which is essentially what I bought it for). Overall thoughts: This PC is great at the price I purchased it at ($1450) considering you can’t find 3070’s for less than $900 due to the current GPU manufacturing issues. I was more than happy to pay the price tag and it is running great. Until the GPU market returns to normal, I see this PC as a very viable option for the price point if you are in the market for a new computer.

    Best Way to Get an RTX 30 Series PC Right Now

    After having this computer for 2 months, I can say that it's a great option if you want to get into pc gaming right now. You’re getting an RTX 30 series GPU at a time where it is nearly impossible to get hold of one. The computer can run pretty much any game except for MS Flight Sim at 4k 60fps on high settings. Judging by other prebuilts, this pc has a very good looking case that can probably go with most setups. The only about this computer that isn’t good are the peripherals bundled in. The keyboard is a membrane, and the mouse has very bad feet and a horribly tensioned scroll wheel. Realistically though, what do you expect. Most pre-builts don’t even come with them anyways. Basically, they’re good enough to last for a couple of weeks until you can upgrade them. The pc can get kinda hot too, so you may want to consider adding a few fans which there are tutorials for on youtube. Overall, I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend this pc to any of my friends.

    I purchased this prebuilt gaming just over 3 years ago today and I'm finally getting around to reviewing it. All I can say is I love this computer. It has held the test of time. By no means am I a hardcore gamer, but I still have all the original hardware from when I purchased it 3 years ago and have not had the need to upgrade anything at all yet. 100% would recommend.

    Graphics card dead on arrival. Did all the troubleshooting, apparently the Gigabyte 3070 has a bad batch. Good luck on the brands. Nice looking case though.

    I’m so disappointed with this item I had it for like 2 weeks then the graphics card went bad on me and they told me it would take over a month to repair and they couldn’t do anything for me. I was really annoying my lc until this happened to me

    I tried troubleshooting this PC after the display would not work after the motherboard loading screen. It is either the GPU or the SSD not working properly. I will be returning this PC.

    Bad Packing lead to broken GPU

    Had to return it twice both had the exact same issue where the GPU had issues likely caused by the bad packaging inside the computer. This problem is especially bad because replacing a GPU currently is extremely difficult.

    Piece of trash. Picked mine up today an hour away from where I live. Plugged it in and nothing at all. Ckecked all plugs everything was fine. Have power to my usb ports but no power to the fans or motherboard. Worst purchase ever!!
