The worst. Had to return 3x so my aon went with a different one. The 3rd one did not even turn on. Waist of gas and time

Overpriced your only paying for the rtx 3070! The motherboard only has 2 pcie connecters and the ram is only 16gb with no rgb!

Come in with a fan broken and instead a 1Tb ssd , it only have 512gb. Try to get replacement but nothing in stock . So bad

Like most people, mine was too dead on arrival. CyberPowerPC then sent me another dead card. Thanks guys.... /s

This is not a good brand. It does not work when I plug evrything and power does not come one. I will not recommend this product

defective gpu and broken fan wire. maybe the next one will be nice but i had a different one with an unplugged light

Getting purple and green pixels on my screen and 800x600 resolution.

Bought the pc twice, both came with faulty GPUs. Do they do quality checks before it gets shipped?

3070 GPU was dead on arrival and Bluetooth connection pins on motherboard were bent.

Didn't boot out of the box, the GPU/lights/fans came on, but never even saw BIOS.

I got it and it didn’t work and I had to wait for another replacement.

It worked for one night and now it won't boot. Don't buy this thing.

Purchased on 29 Nov 2020, chose self pick up to avoid any further possible damages to desktop during delivery. Initial pickup date was 8 Dec, but was delayed till 10 Dec. (Slightly disappointed with the delay). Great & beautiful PC, fast & stress free setup. Everything works well, but on initial power up, one of the intake fan RGB light isn't working, de-panel to check on connections and found out 1 of the fan connector was loose (Probably due to shipment). Pls do a proper connection checks prior to power up. So far so good, will update again if any problems occurs. Breakdown of components using pcpartpicker (Prices before tax as of 10 Dec 2020): CPU: Ryzen 7 3700X - $329 Motherboard: Gigabyte B450M DS3H - $104 RAM: (2x8GB) Crucial Ballistix 3000Mhz - $75 GPU: EVGA RTX 3070 (Triple Fan, ARGB) - $529 Storage: WD Blue SN550 1TB - $105 PSU: Apevia Prestige 800W 80+ Gold - $67 AIO CPU Cooler: Cooler Master ML120L RGB? - $62 Case: $80? Windows 10: $100? Cost approximately $1451 if getting individual parts yourself. But of course could have gotten better components if you build it yourself for additional cost. Other than that, for this price point of $1349, its a decently priced desktop given the fact that RTX 3070 is still very rare in the current market and not expected to be so readily available till maybe 2nd half of 2021?

PC came with very good looking specs for parts such as the graphics card, the CPU, memory, etc. However, the power supply literally comes with ketchup and mustard cables! (Yelllow and red cables) I paid well over $1700 and I get this? $1700 should get you clean black/white cables. Also a huge letdown is the fact that Cyberpower does not test their computers before shipping. Mine came with a defective SSD and I had to get it RMA'd, note that they make YOU pay for shipping although its their fault it didn't work. I must say, my customer service experience wasn't that bad, I did have to wait 20 minutes to talk to someone to get my SSD RMA'd, but they seemed a lot nicer than other company's customer service. I had to wait almost 3 weeks to get a replacement. If I pay $1700, I expect to get what I wanted without having to spend more money on shipping defective items. Once I got everything fixed, I finally got to use my computer and has worked fine so far.

Box was already open when I got it but everything worked perfectly on startup. Got the Gigabyte 3 fan version of the 3070, no issues with it. Gets a little hot playing Warzone, contemplating adding another fan at some point. Glad I was able to snag one at 1399, was constantly out of stock for weeks and finding a 3060/3070 online was impossible so for my first time getting a pre-built CyberPowerPC was a good buy.

Great build quality. Mine came with a zotac dual fan rtx 3070, adata ssd, Gigabyte b450m mobo, Crucial Ballistix gaming memory(3000MHz). Packaging was nice and clean. Liquid cpu cooler for the price is awesome. No issues with windows activation as some people reported.

For the price it is a pretty good system. Lots of RAM, good graphics card, good CPU. Unfortunately, this case doesn't have good airflow, so you will have thermal issues. I strongly recommend investing in more cooling for your computer once you get it.
