This pc's parts are an amazing combo the Ryzen 7 3700x paired with a 3070 is an amazing deal it runs all my games on max settings at 200 plus fps. I received the triple fan Gigabyte version of the 3070, really nice! I'm giving it a 4 star because the 800 watt apevia power supply is very loud even to the point where I notice it sometimes while I'm gaming but it works fine figure ill just get used to it.

+Easier to get than trying to find a 3070 in stock +One of the most affordable prebuilts w/ 3070 and a great deal with the 3070 price bumps +More or less plug and play +No bloatware -Loud at idle due to PSU -Build quality not good and some parts may be poor quality (see below) -Poor packaging (dented case, broken mouse) make sure Best Buy does not lay the box on the side -Win10 not activated, had to get a key from CS -Not set up correctly or tested by CyberpowerPC -CyberpowerPC only offered to fix some problems and only if I paid shipping to send it to them, and did not offer to fix some of the more serious issues at all Set-up Guide: *Carefully remove the left panel and remove foam *Ensure RAM is properly seated in alternating slots (not directly next to each other) *Make sure cables under the GPU do not interfere w/ fans *(optional) Connect the ARGB 3-wire connector from the top of the small PCB on the right and connect it to the mobo (disables the default RGB select button and RGB software can be very bad, don’t connect if you want it off) *Reassemble and connect peripherals, antennas, and power then turn it on *Configure BIOS (F2 during boot) *Enable XMP in memory settings *Make CPU cooler pump (mine was connected to the CPU fan header) maximum, or set a custom curve at a constant speed (variable speed is bad for pumps) *Make the other fan (CPU liquid cooler fan) connected to the motherboard based on CPU temp *Save and exit BIOS *Hold RGB select button on top to turn off if distracting *FN+PgDn to reduce keyboard brightness (FN+PgUp increase, FN+PrtSc flash, FN+ScrLk on/off) *Use buttons below mouse scroll wheel to adjust mouse sensitivity (color is based on mouse sensitivity) *Check Win10 is activated (message will appear in bottom right corner), if not contact CyberpowerPC ASAP for a key because it may take time for them to respond, it is a ~$100 value *Install drivers and utilities but beware accidentally installing Norton malware (Realtek sound drivers must be uninstalled in device manager without resetting, then run the driver installer) Detailed technical breakdown: GPU: EVGA 3070 XC3 Black. CyberpowerPC does not use FE cards, they use the cheapest GPU they can get at the time. Expect a low end 3070 partner card, but you may get lucky. You may get unlucky and get a MSI Ventus 2X or a Zotac Twin Edge which seem to be among the worst 3070s and don’t belong in a mid-tower case. Even the worst 3070 still performs though, just warning buyers that would be devastated receiving one of these cards. EVGA 3070 XC3 Black is one of the better bottom end cards because it has the same cooler as the higher end XC3 and XC3 Ultra just without the backplate. Similar coolers are used on the 3080 versions which run even hotter. It might be binned worse and have less OC capacity, but actual boost clock can easily exceed 2000mhz. The guaranteed boost clocks on OC cards (1770-1830mhz) are easily exceeded. Not an OC offset of +275, these cards just boost much higher than advertised. If you get EVGA register immediately if you want to take advantage of the step-up program. If you hate the red trim contact EVGA for a trim replacement kit. CPU: Ryzen 3700x, no surprises there. Last-gen now but still solid. CPU Liquid Cooler: Master Cooler ML120L w/custom RGB. Radiator came with hoses on the bottom which is good, but the radiator fan config with one case fan at 100% pushing and the cooler fan connected to the SYS fan header as pull doesn’t make sense and was done for aesthetics. The pump and fan are both noisy at 100% and the fan curves are configured wrong. It doesn’t perform any better than the stock Wraith Prism air cooler or a $50 air cooler. The included mobo really only has enough fan headers (2) for air cooling too. I really would have just preferred to get the superior stock cooler and save some money because these 120mm CPU liquid coolers are just for show or SFF cases. RAM: Crucial Ballistix 16GB (2x8GB) 3000mhz. With Ryzen it’s going to actually be 2933mhz but the mobo doesn’t support 3200mhz if you plan on upgrading. XMP also has to be activated in BIOS. Good quality and should perform but an eyesore in red. Given that Cyberpower seems to have a shipping container of these, it’s unlikely you'll get any other color. SSD: WD Blue SN550 1TB NVMe. It’s DRAMless, but it’s one of the best DRAMless SSDs. It’s a definitely budget pick and not a premium SSD, but it’s one of the best budget SSDs and a solid performer despite the lack of DRAM. It’s a smart cost-to-performance pick for corner cutting and you could do a lot worse. MOBO: Gigabyte B450M-DS3H-WIFI. This is really not an appropriate MOBO for the build, but it sort of functions. It's mATX despite the case being a mid-tower. Fewer PCIe slots than advertised if that matters to you. SATA ports are difficult to reach because most of them are covered by the GPU and the way they're aligned means you can't use standard right-angle SATA cables for all ports. RAM clock tops out at 2933mhz. CPU location interferes with the liquid cooler on mine. It only has 2 fan headers 1A each (confirmed by Gigabyte). This isn't really enough for a proper liquid-cooled system, especially with mismatched fans. No USB-C support and PCI slots are inaccessible without riser cables. Wifi card is actually a M.2 unit and can be replaced. The mobo already holds the build back, and will hold you back if you want to upgrade beyond putting 2 more sticks of 3000mhz RAM in. PSU: Apevia 800w Gold non-modular. Gold rating does not indicate quality or reliability, just efficiency. The fan is always on and very loud, louder than anything else except full load GPU fans. Tolerable while gaming or w/ headphones, but incredibly annoying when idle or just browsing. Bad PSUs can also kill other components, so it's getting replaced the moment warranty expires. Given that a good PSU can cost ~$100, and the effort to manage cables, it really detracts from the value of it being pre-built if you plan on replacing it. CyberpowerPC throws this on everything, so don’t expect anything else. By far the worst part of the build. Case: CyberpowerPC Amethyst. The split between the tinted glass and white panels on the side is not horizontal, and that may drive some people crazy. Form over function case (it would look pretty good if not for the dent), the front panel is designed to make 2 intake fans look like 3 and the front intakes are small like a S340, but unfiltered. The front panel can be removed, but that prevents the right panel from mounting. The parts are too small for the mid-tower case and it shows. The top mesh cover is magnetic which is nice, but don’t expect anything but passable airflow and thermals due to the intakes and number of fans. It would be nice to see a case with better airflow, some of CyberpowerPC’s other cases look better in terms of airflow. On the other hand not even NZXT pulls off this kind of aesthetic that wraps around the 3 panels with no vents in sight. Case fans: CyberpowerPC ARGB. Not sure of the OEM, but they resemble but are not identical to Aerocool REV fans. Some people have complained about CyberpowerPC having all exhaust, but that no longer seems to be the case. However, the fan configuration still doesn’t really make sense, with 2 intake fans and a third case fan added as push on the radiator. The bottom/middle intake fan seems to be recirculating air rather than drawing it in. RGB connects to a controller which can be controlled with a button or through the mobo. Power is 3-pin (not PWM) as well as molex, which is what is used in the build. Because of this the fans are always at 100% which is normally not ideal due to noise, but the fans are not very loud (or powerful) even at 100% and you can’t hear them over the loud PSU anyways. With the right case, 3 case fans would per perfectly adequate for the build. Guessing 3 exhaust on top neg pressure is probably best for this case. Build quality: If you want to leave the building to the experts, you probably should buy from a premium builder that charges more with top notch tech support. If you want a computer that just works and you don’t care about the details, then the number of set-up steps may concern you because it’s not just plug and play. Stock BIOS settings can damage the pump (shorter life if run variable speed) and CPU (CPU fan speed is based on SYS temps not CPU so it can overheat) and it doesn’t make full use of the RAM (XMP not enabled). It shouldn’t take CS to get Win10 working. CyberpowerPC does not test or configure the PCs, they just assemble it to the point where it should boot. If you are buying it because you can’t get the parts to build your own PC, the corners cut may drive you crazy. The cheapest parts are used to meet the paper specs, even when they aren’t really fully compatible and a few extra bucks would go a long way. With only 2 fan headers, AIO cooler and mismatched fans there is no way to have an ideal fan config. Stock fan config just doesn’t make sense, and on mine, the exhaust fan/radiator was forced between the case and cooler pump and should never have left the factory that way. Cooler pressure is probably uneven, but CyberpowerPC has not even acknowledged this problem yet. Cable management isn’t bad and are mostly bundled with zip ties, but they also prevented a GPU fan from spinning and the RGB was unconnected. Coiling the pump wire around the cooler hoses like in some pics is just being silly. CyberpowerPC does get points for installing the radiator with the hoses on the bottom which lets air get trapped at the top of the radiator away from the inlet and outlet, making a good effort with cable management, and keeping the tangled mass of non-modular cables out of the 3.5” drive bays. The major problems with the build quality were problems CyberpowerPC made for themselves, like the choice of case and AIO which caused other bigger issues.

So far, I have no complaints. The computer runs great and doesn't have any problems so far. I installed three exhaust fans on the top of the computer, as I read from other reviews that the pc does get hot during intense gaming. I also read from reviews that some are DOA or their gpu doesn't work (Mostly the Gigabyte OC). Luckily for me, my Gigabyte OC 3070 works well. The only issue I had was, when activating windows 10, it says I had an incorrect activation key. But I downloaded and installed the windows 10 update assistant and now it activated my windows 10.

I received my CyberPowerPc well packaged and free of damaged. Care was taken to protect your purchase. The GPU had even been suspended by foam to ensure it would not be damaged during the shipping process. The pc itself is great and well built. Nice, clean, and free of stray wires. I would also like to note that cyberpower did not add a bunch of bloatware like many others do. This is a nice clean windows experience. Thank your CyberPower and BestBuy!

It was an overall great PC and really liked the way it was build and how the PC looked. It works as a great gaming computer Unfortunately, I had some issues with my graphics card around 2 days after having the PC. I was able to work with BestBuy and CyberPowerPC and get things figured out. Best Buy was awesome and the Geek Squad helped me. I am happy with my purchase.

Cyberpower PC is truly amazing and I'm more than happy with my new pre-built pc. I wanted to build my own pc however it wasn't possible due to scalpers so I had to take a different option. I'm glad I was able to get my pc here and they are truly up to quality. I am a 3d artist so I need a fairly good machine to work on various assets and with the 3070 being in my budget, I'm pretty happy. I highly recommend Cyberpower PC if you need a good gaming/workstation rig or your new to computers and want something to play next gen. games.

Despite prebuilts having a bad reputation amongst pc enthusiasts I believe that this is about as good as it can get in terms of value especially with how hard it is to find an RTX 3070 under $1000. I can't say I have any complaints about the build quality or components used. My build arrived with a Gigabyte RTX 3070, Intel 665p SSD, and an ASRock B-450 motherboard.

Computer works perfectly right out of the box. This computer is fast and i have no problems running anything. I would recommend this PC to everyone I already have people asking where they can get theirs because it is that good and the price is a bargin considering video cards are so expensive. 6700 XT graphics with Ryzen 3700, just awesome.

Owned this for about a month now. Excellent machine, mine shipped with the Ventus 3070. It seems the power-supply is very cheap or otherwise poorly configured, so I've opted to replace this. Otherwise excellent value for a 3070 + Ryzen 7.

This is a great PC that luckily came with an rtx 3070 as those can be heavily scalped right now.
