Great PC so far, only complaints are: - Packing foam inside the PC (to support the GPU in shipping) was extremely difficult to remove. It formed around the GPU, supporting it well, but could not be manipulated to easily remove. I had to cut it into pieces to get it out, producing many small pieces of styrofoam that i had to then carefully remove from the GPU cooling fins. - a zip tie from a closely routed cable was interfering with the GPU fan

Best pre-built for the price i have seen out there. I have been searching for a good pc to get and once i got this one i was blown away by how good it was . i would recommend

This pc is amazing it has a good specs , the price is just to high but is worth it. you could add another fan to the pc to get better airflow but its up to you guys.

Ordered this 6 months ago and have had no problems with it. Runs great and looks great. Didn't use the mouse or keyboard that came with it though

This gaming PC is great. It runs any game that I play on it very smoothly. It also has really cool RGB color lights inside the case. Great computer for a great price.

Great Build at this price. Plan on keeping for year and upgrading when needed, but that shouldn't be for awhile

I planned on actually building my own. This changed my mind completely. it came ready to play with mouse and keyboard. Absolutely love it.

My grand kids love to use this thing for games. It seems to work just fine. I haven't had any issues with it and its fast. The lights are pretty.

SO far this pc has been a delight. I cant wait to upgrade parts on it as time goes by and this has a 3070 so it set me up for the future.

From the moment I opened the box, it felt like I was opening a premium product. The PC came wrapped in a protective cover that had a soft feel. The pc was packaged with the white soft yet firm foam, the components were protected but what seemed to be an expanding foam on the inside to ensure the video card would not move. Was super have to see that there was little to no bloatware installed. The LED's are super easy to use although I wish the button to change the LED's would have been located to the front of the PC.

Great quality pc running very good and smooth recommend a lot great pc to buy is very good on valorant and tom Clancy rainbow six siege.

PC is awesome, everything works great. Only thing is The CPU Cooler RGB and one of the front fan's RGB doesn't light up. I tried connecting the RGB pins again but they're really bent and I don't personally see them ever working. Other than that, perfect.

Bought this on 3/5/2021 picked up on 3/16/2021. Price $1549.99. I think I got lucky and bought the last one, it was out of stock after I bought it. Anyways out of the box in perfect conditions, plug and play, just some windows set ups and it’s ready to play games. Got the MSI RTX3070 version. Everyone knows it’s impossible to get any good video card since there’s been a shortage. Definitely will buy another one for my other daughter if it’s in stock again.

Works great! Easy to set up and looks amazing. Runs games like a dream! I am very satisfied with my purchase.
