Favorite Pc i've ever owned! Gaming has never been smoother

I was very excited to get a PC with these specs at its listed price. However, after picking it up from Best Buy, it did not turn out. I ended up spending all weekend (and I mean all weekend), plus some of my evenings early in the week, doing as much diagnostics as I could, but no dice. The manufacturer didn't get around to responding to my service ticket until after I spent all weekend trying everything myself. 5 stars to the Best Buy staff at my local store for handling the return very easily, but I'm still out 14 hours of my life, the $25 I spent on two Uber rides to / from Best Buy with the PC (because Best Buy wouldn't ship it to me), and my old laptop I was hoping to upgrade from because it's impossible to get a good PC these days. Which is to say, I'd love to get a replacement that works and give it four or five stars, but because I likely won't be able to see a PC with these specs at this price for months, all I can say is only buy if you're willing to accept the risk that it might not work.

I had originally purchases a PC from Cyberpower just to get my hands on a Nvidia 3070 without being scammed. I was just going to replace my dead graphics card in my original PC. But, I ended up keeping the entire system because of the quality of assembly and parts inside. This is a powerful and well-designed PC that I am happy to have.

Received the MSI Ventus 2X OC came with some minor dents and the front glass fell off but I was able to put it back on. The system overall was easy to setup and use.

Very good for a prebuilt mostly because of the 3070

Overall this PC runs most games your playing like apex or warzone without an issue. CPU temps are kept low and never go over 82 for me overall great product so far. (1month for getting pc)

The PC itself runs really well, however when I picked it up from the store the mesh filter on the top was damaged and had holes in it, and the fitting on the Wifi card was loose giving me a worse connection.

I originally purcahsed an HP Omen 30L and had issues with it over heating and the graphics card ended up crashing on me within 2 weeks of owning the PC. I wanted to build a custom PC with the 3070 in it, but cost would have been an extra 400 dollars after. I settled for this and I do not regret it.
