    Broke and then replacement broke

    Received the computer and was happy for about 15 days. Computer broke on the 16th day, which has caused me an undue amount of stress since dealing with the terrible manufacture customer support. Lucky me that I missed the Bestbuy return/replacement period by one day. I was originally told the PSU was broken. Sent the entire computer back (took a month). When I got it backed I noticed it crashing every day. I sent in a new ticket with the manufacturer but before they responded the computer broke again. The GPU was no longer working and is probably dead. I have to pay to send the GPU back again before they will even ship me a replacement, so at minimum 2 weeks (probably another month) where I won't be able to use the computer.

    Dead on Arrival

    Ordered this PC on 12/7 only to have it delayed for pickup on 12/23 from the original date of 12/16. Tried to set it up the day after Christmas but nothing would run. The fans were not running and the PSU fan wasn't running either. I checked all the connections and even had my other friends who build their own PCs take a look and it all looked fine. Ended up taking it to Geek Squad and they performed a "hard reset" (lol) and told me to just return it as they deemed it defective.

    the Enron of computer companies the absolute worst

    Arrived DOA, sent in to fix, took weeks to get it back. They couldn't get the address right, they stopped shipment, it sat finished in their warehouse for weeks. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, they had so many problems. Its amazing they have a contract with best buy. If it wasn't for crypto, they would be bankrupt. STAY AWAY!!!

    PC stops working after a week. Lost $1500

    First week after getting the PC, my monitor would turn black about 1-10 minutes after turning on the PC. I tried using three different monitors, updated drivers, reinstalled pc and looked for help online and found no solutions. Don’t even know if motherboard or video card is faulty. The computer is unusable. Wasted $1500.

    I just recently purchased this pc, TWICE. Both times it came in the motherboard was corrupt and the windows did not upload correctly. I was excited to purchase this pc because of the graphics card and processor but was disappointed when it did not work.

    As stated in title. Was lucky enough to get the bad batch of Gigabyte OC Eagle 3070s arriving DOA. As far as PC itself. Looks super cool, case and cable management are nice.

    Second Cyberpower PC I received that had a messed up graphics card. Great Specs for price however, I had to return it because none were in stock for an exchange.
