My experience started out great. I bought more fans due to some posts advising such. Life was great. After 5 months, I started experiencing crashes that left the bios unable to discover the windows boot manager. Solved that by unplugging the system, and draining the power prior to restart. Now, while gaming, I lose my screens. Audio and everything else works, but the gpu gives up. I'm playing destiny 2... Going to try and replace the psu, since others said it might be the issue, despite its rating.

Terrible experience for a first time buyer

I got a dead graphics card on arrival. I’m not sure why they didn’t test the PC before sending it out. A waste of time and huge disappointment. PC didn’t boot into windows the second day, green lines appeared on the bios screen, reinstalled windows again, green and pink lines appeared on my screen on the sign in page and desktop, worked for a few minutes browsing through desktop then the screen went black. It was not letting me power off the PC with the power button so then I had to keep manually turning it off on the back of the PC. I tried everything to fix the solution but you can’t do much with a dead graphics card. Overall a terrible experience for my first time buying a prebuilt and not sure if I’ll be returning to buy another from this company. Test your computers first before sending them out!

When I received this pc it wouldn't boot due to the unseated RAM stick that was hanging halfway out of the incorrect RAM slot. Then when I got it to boot artifacts appeared all over my screen before the computer switched to the almost unusable 800x600p resolution obvious signs the GPU is not functioning. I immediately tried to call Cyberpower support waited on hold for about 30 minutes before the call center closed as I received my delivery late in the day so I put a ticket in on their site and attempted to troubleshoot the GPU myself to no avail. The next day I waited on hold for 3 hours being told to leave a message after each hour (automated system said it would take 3 minutes) then hung up on and having to call back. I received no call back, ticket response, or contact in anyway for the next two days on the third day I returned the unit to Best buy. I'm now ordering from a more reputable OEM.

Worst product i have ever bought in the history of my purchases. First the drive was either corrupted or bad OS. Second the gpu was defective. I was soo happy when i got this Wednesday. Unfortunately due to work and needing to reorganize my room i had not opened it yet. It is 1:12 am now and i am just waiting till 11 am to return this tomorrow. I will never buy a off brand prebuilt anymore. I legit wanted to cry out of sheer frustration. Also $1700 and the best they can do is a matx mobo? Are you serious?

Product was dead on arrival. I'm guessing the graphics card was faulty. Other reviewers had this issue too. I just got a refund via BestBuy support and ordered a replacement. Here's hoping the new one isn't broken. It's a bummer that I need to wait nearly two weeks shipping for a new machine because it wasn't QA tested. See the attached image. When I turned the computer on, the screen displayed these green dots all over, and then the screen turned black and the computer became unresponsive. I tried two different cables (HDMI and DP) and got the same result.

It seems like power was on (lights) but does not show anything on the screen. Also inside of case was filled by styrofoam which is bad decision. It makes other component misplace. I tried to call support and still waiting for 30 min. The sticker actually said full system has not been tested. (Pictures) A very unprofessional practice for customized PC manufactures.

I would stay away. The computer was delivered late. Received the prebuilt and it had a faulty GPU. I tried everything I could to get it to boot. Looks like no quality control is being completed on these prebuilds. After returning the computer they stated they could not replace the computer as it's not available. This was a complete waste of time. Best Buy and CyberPowerPC could do better.

Just going to keep it small and simple. The computer seems used, would shut off after 30 seconds of powering on, could not get a display working on it whatsoever, so I just returned it. Tried calling customer support, waited for 40+ mins, so I gave up. I am thankful that it broke when I got it and not 30-40 days after. Yeah, never buying from this company again.

First time purchasing a gaming pc & i spent a decent amout of money on this. Right out of the box i plugged it all in excited & defective gpu. Matrix type screen on start up & wouldn't get past ASRock motherboard startup. Went straight to a blank screen. No fault to Best Buy as Cyberpower builds these units & ships it to Best Buy. I went back to exchange & Best Buy did so without hesitating. Only problem was no NVidia 3070 this time in stock. Had to go with a Radeon 6700XT gpu. Awaiting new unit to arrive at Best Buy but will update once i get my new unit.

A good system with pretty solid parts for the price point. This was purchased during early 2021, and anyone familiar with shopping around this time will know that in this market, good AMD processors are difficult to come by, and any current generation GPU is practically impossible to purchase through retail. As such, any system with a 3070/80/90 is worth its weight in gold. That said, the system is very well built, and though some of the components are a little more budget minded, they are good throughout and I was especially impressed by the cleanliness of the assembly (great cable management). The components here retail for around $1400, so the builder's premium from CyberPowerPC is actually pretty respectable, especially in today's market where 3070s are regularly resold by scalpers for triple their MSRP. The only downside is that the rear exhaust fan installed as a push fan to the radiator was dead on arrival. I tried plugging it into different headers to see if it was just a bad connection but no luck. Whether it was defective or damaged in shipping, I am not positive but after trying some troubleshooting, their customer service team shipped out a replacement to me free of charge. For the spec obsessed, my system came installed with the following: AMD Ryzen 5 3700X EVGA XC3 RTX 3070 AData Swordfish 1 TB m.2 SSD ASRock B450M/AC Motherboard Crucial Ballistix DDR4 BL8G30C15U4R @2667 MHz CoolerMaster MasterLiquid 120 (Some sort of custom edition with a CyberPower logo and RGB on the outside of the fans). All in all it's a good system on the upper middle end of specs that should hold up great for 4-5 years without any upgrades. Solid job by CyberPowerPC all around.

We ordered this computer and after a bit of drama with our first order picking it up at the store getting cancelled due to no inventory, we were able to get it ordered online and pick up from the local Best Buy a week later. We picked it up on March 3rd and have been using it now for just under two weeks. This computer is absolutely fantastic! I was able to use my birthday coupon on it and bought it for my spouse so we got a great deal, all things considered the GPU market currently. The computer came with the following components: -- AMD Ryzen 3700x Processor -- Gigabyte Triple Fan RGB OC 3070 Graphics Card -- Crucial Ballistix Red Edition 16GB (2 x 8GB) 3000 DDR4 Memory -- ASRock B450m AC WiFi Motherboard -- 800w Power Supply -- 1TB Western Digital Blue nVME Drive -- CoolerMaster Liquid Cooler (single radiator) -- Two CyberPower PC RGB Fans on the front for intake cooling -- Activated Windows 10 Home Two negatives to call out that I encountered: 1) The bottom front RGB fan wasn't spinning (RGB worked, spinning didn't). Went through cable management and found out that the fan wasn't plugged in and the power cable (molex) from the fan was broken. Pulled out the broken molex, plugged the fan cable into the motherboard fan header, worked just fine. 2) XMP is not enabled at shipment (memory showed up as 2666). Turned on XMP in the Bios, updated to 3000 no problem. People have said thermals haven't been great, etc., and yes it gets a bit warm, but honestly there is expandability to add more fans (one in front, two on the top). Why they used a single radiator liquid cooler is a bit beyond me, but it works fine. This is the best way to get a good machine at a decent price. Came with mouse/keyboard and while we won't use them, they're not the worst peripherals (keyboard and mouse are LED, not RGB btw). Overall, thrown many AAA titles at it and it tears through them without any issues whatsoever at maxed out graphics set at 2K resolution on a 280hz monitor. We did update the ram from the included 16GB Crucial Ballistix to 32GB RGB G.Skill Trident 3200mhz Ram for a bit of extra RGB pop. Attached a pic - love it! You can't really go wrong here - everything works really well. Go get it!

    A Year of Powerful Performance

It has been a year since I purchased the CyberPowerPC Gamer Supreme Gaming Desktop with an AMD Ryzen 7 3700X processor, 16GB memory, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 graphics card, and a 1TB SSD in a sleek white design. Overall, this gaming desktop has proven to be a reliable and powerful machine that has greatly enhanced my gaming and computing experiences. The performance of the CyberPowerPC Gamer Supreme has been impressive. The AMD Ryzen 7 3700X processor delivers excellent multitasking capabilities and handles demanding tasks with ease. Whether I'm playing graphically-intensive games, streaming, or running resource-heavy applications, this desktop has consistently delivered smooth and lag-free performance. The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 graphics card has been a standout component, providing exceptional gaming visuals and rendering capabilities. The card's powerful performance enables me to play the latest games at high resolutions and frame rates, immersing me in stunning graphics and smooth gameplay. The inclusion of ray tracing technology adds another layer of realism to supported games, enhancing visual fidelity. The 16GB memory has proven to be sufficient for most gaming and multitasking needs. It ensures smooth operation and enables seamless switching between applications without any noticeable lag or slowdown. However, for users who engage in intensive multitasking or content creation, upgrading to 32GB or higher may be beneficial. The 1TB SSD storage offers ample space for games, applications, and media files. The SSD's fast read and write speeds contribute to quick boot times and snappy application loading. The generous storage capacity allows me to install and store numerous games, ensuring I have plenty of space for my growing library. The aesthetics of the Gamer Supreme desktop in white are visually appealing. The sleek design with RGB lighting accents adds a touch of modernity and customization to my gaming setup. The case also provides adequate airflow, helping to keep the system cool during intense gaming sessions. While the overall performance of the desktop has been outstanding, there have been a few minor issues worth mentioning. The system's fans can sometimes be a bit loud under heavy load, which may be distracting in quieter environments. Additionally, CyberPowerPC's customer support can be inconsistent, with some users reporting difficulty in obtaining timely assistance. In conclusion, the CyberPowerPC Gamer Supreme Gaming Desktop has delivered a year of powerful and reliable performance. Its combination of the AMD Ryzen 7 3700X processor, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 graphics card, and 1TB SSD has provided exceptional gaming experiences with stunning visuals and smooth gameplay. Despite minor issues such as fan noise and customer support concerns, this desktop has proven to be a solid investment for gamers and power users alike. Note: This review reflects my personal experience with the product over the course of a year. Individual experiences may vary, and it's advisable to consider other user reviews and conduct thorough research before making a purchasing decision.
