I was very impressed by CyberPowerPC's packaging. Let's just say the box took a beating in the mail and I was worried that the computer wouldn't boot, but to my surprise the tempered glass case and GPU were both in perfect condition. It may seem simplistic, but I was impressed on the leaps they've taken over the past few years. Performance is very good, really cannot complain with an RTX 3070, 8 core Zen 2 CPU, 1TB PCIe drive, and an 800 Watt power supply. The only things holding this back from being a must buy are the Gigabyte B450 motherboard, which is not my favorite, the choice of using a Ryzen 3700X instead of the new Ryzen 5600X. The 5600X is actually faster despite having fewer cores at a similar or lower price, but I assume this choice was made for them by supply issues. Also, be sure to enable XMP in the BIOS. My RAM was set to 2666MHz out of the box, but went to 3000 with no problem.

Great Value for Money Prebuilt PC

Very good prebuilt for the price I got it at. I saw it previously at 1349.99, and I bought mine at 1399.99. At this time of me writing the review, the market is a little crazy for the 30 series GPU hunt, so the current price for this machine is now at 1549.99 and it's still sold out most of the time. For the parts that they don't specify, mine came with an ASRock b450m AC motherboard, Ballistic 16gb ram, Gigabyte RTX 3070 Gaming OC GPU, and I believe an Apevia Prestige PSU. Overall build quality is excellent, not much to complain about. The computer does run quite warm but nothing to be alarmed of. Temps when gaming under load is about 64-70 degrees. Haven't really done a lot of other stress tests on it but I'm assuming it'll handle great. I will be upgrading a couple parts here in the near future, but overall definitely worth the money as a gaming PC to pick up even at the new price point.

A Poignant View at the State of PC Builds in 2021

TLDR: I would definitely recommend this PC. It's a decent bargain, as it is very hard to get your hands on a GPU currently. I would recommend you read up a bit so you know how to fix the potential problems that may occur, even and especially if you have never built a PC yourself. So I, like many others, have spent hours fretting over getting an upgraded GPU for my husband. The perfect solution: Buy this PC from Best Buy, let him have the card and I take my old card back and put it in this CyberPowerPC. So I purchased this CyberPower PC and had it delivered to a Best Buy roughly 40 minutes from my house. I also purchased an extra 16 gigs of RAM to go in it. The 16 gigs included with the PC is a fine amount of RAM for gaming, but it wanted to go ahead and upgrade it since, unlike CPUs and GPUs, RAM prices aren't currently over inflated. It was supposed to be available the next day, but the shipment ended up coming a few days later. But that isn't a big deal and that is no one's fault. Especially with the pandemic and since I ordered it before Easter Weekend. So no points docked. I have since read through some of the reviews of this CyberPowerPC and it feels worth reporting that the PC I purchased came with an MSI 3070 Ventus 3x, which is the larger 3 fan model. It seems like not everyone got a 3 fan card, and I was initially expecting to get a 2 fan model. The CPU was the correct one and it also included two sticks of 8GB DDR4 3000Mhz RAM. One thing I didn't really see mentioned it that there isn't a 1 TB SATA SSD, it's actually a 1 TB M.2 included on the motherboard. Another thing I learned, since I have never done liquid cooling before is that AIO stands for All in One. So it's just one unit and you don't take it apart to fill it or anything. The CPU cooling unit included in this PC is a Cooler Master brand. Okay on to the actual PC. When we opened the box everything was really nicely assembled. The case and everything was in perfect condition: it hadn't been bumped or jostled or broken or shattered. We didn't actually turn it on right away. The first thing we did was swap the cards and install the RAM. Then when we turned it on, everything posted right away and it seemed like everything was hunky dory. Whoever assembled this particular PC did a very nice job, especially on the cable management in the back. One pro about this case, aside from it's good looks, is that there is ample room for cable management in the back of the case. Like whoa, you can fit everything back there, and it is so roomy, so it doesn't feel like you're just stuffing cables in. Biggest con about the case is the bad airflow, particularly in the front. We're getting to that, THIS COMPUTER RUNS HOT if you just plug it in. I had it crash a handful of times just from how hot the CPU got, Like yikes on trikes it smelled awful. I used Core Temp to keep track of the temps and it was so scary. So I shut it down and we planned a trip to another popular computer store to pick up a CPU air cooler and some more case fans. Swapping the dinky AIO for a Cooler Master Hyper 212 and then picking up three more case fans seems to have fixed the problem. I would imagine if you still wanted to liquid cool the system, a larger radiator would work much better and could be just as easily swapped in. Overall this is definitely a worthwhile purchase and I would do it again, considering the current state of the GPU market. Hopefully in the future it will be more feasible to build my own pc again.

Solid build, just wish the case was a bit more airflow focused, and that CPPC didn't put the cheapest mobo they could find into it. The PSU was fine, the memory was 2 sticks of 3000MHZ ram 8gb each, and the SSD was a WD SN550. All decent picks for the price. Can't complain otherwise. Booted with no issues right out of the box, but the RGB controller's connector wasn't connected to the motherboard, but was programmed to stay white when the motherboard isn't controlling the RGB anyways. Keyboard and mouse suck (mouse says optical but its laser), but I'd hope you didn't buy a prebuilt at this price and expecting a Logitech G915 and G502..... Just saying.

I have been out of the PC scene for 10 years having gone over to Macs for productivity apps on that side. But my PC gamer days beckoned and this desktop was an absolute steal given how hard it is to source a RTX 30 series card. I will not rehash the parts but will note that I got the MSI Ventus 2 3070 card, which is probably on par with the FE model. But it runs Forza 7 in 4K at over 75 FPS with Ultra graphics and Forza Horizon 4 at over 90 FPS also with similar settings. So I am not complaining about EVGA OC card with 3 fans that some folks got. Beggars can't be choosers. The only negative I had was that the cheapy factory mouse that came was damaged in shipping. The DPI buttons on the top got pushed in and so wound not function. This also affect the RGB lights. I had called Cyberpower Tech Support and was unable to get anyone on the line before it hung up on me. I emailed them with pictures and have yet to hear back since a few days ago. Despite my specific unboxing issue, I's still wholeheartedly recommend this specific pre-build. It's truly a solid set of components, with the exception of the LOUD power supply unit that seems to run at high RPM even at idle. I don't mind it getting loud when pushing a demanding load but not when I'm trying to surf the web. Being that CyberPower sells their computers both online and through B&M stores like BestBuy, they need to really step it up with their tech support. That is the reason why I gave this system 4 vs 5 stars. But kudos to them for being able to consistently get their hands on the RTX 30 series cards to sell to consumers in these gaming rigs.

This was my first ever pc and I'm glad it turned out ok. Mine has a PNY xrl8 triple fan GPU and the max temps I've seen were 60. The only problem I had was that after a couple of hours of gaming the PC would BSOD and only boot into the BIOS menu. I fixed this by just shutting off the PC, This happened a couple of times and I figured out the CPU was overheating because the fans at the back have little air flow and felt hot when touching the glass because of the trapped air. The temps were also at 70. I later added 1 fan to the top and now my PC hasn't had a heating problem since. Wish I could add 1 directly above the CPU but the power cord is in the way.

This is actually my second Cyberpower PC. The first one is 4 years old but still running strong. I had actually just built a PC prior to purchasing this model, so yes I do have experience with parting and building my PCs. But my son needed an upgrade and it was getting frustrating trying to get my hands on a GPU without paying scalper prices. For the price of this pre-built with its components it was cheaper then buying the parts individually and without the hassle of assembling it myself. Now if I was building would I have actually chosen all of these components probably no, but then I would have ended up spending significantly more money also. What I got was an excellent compromise between building myself and getting a computer already put together. The biggest advantage of Cyberpower over other brands such as Dell and HP (which I have owned all of these brands) is that Cyberpower actually uses decent components. Dell and HP often use proprietary motherboards, cases, and power supplies making upgrades of individual components extremely difficult if not impossible. With Cyberpower it will be very simple to swap out the power supply or motherboard at any point down the road if I feel the need. The case is roomy and cable management is good. I got the gigabyte GPU in mine so was very happy about that. I followed the advice of the other reviews and enabled XMP in the bios and changed the fan settings. I have some spare fans laying around so will probably add a couple to the top of the case and maybe one extra to the front. If you plan on moving over your HD from your older PC don't forget to pick up an extra SATA cable.

Killer PC at a really good price. Description on Bestbuy site for some of the components was vague in some respects but mine had an ASUS RTX 3070; Ballistix 3000 mhz 16gb RAM; Gigabyte B450 mobo; and a WD NVMe HD. No complaints there, all seem to be quality components. Everything worked straight out of the box. Light is controlled by a button on the top of the case. Just using this for COD (Warzone and Cold War) so far but it blows my old rig away.

I've had this computer for about 1.5 years now and it's far exceeded my expectations. It's lightning fast, quiet, and looks great in my room. It runs video at full specs with no issue, and I can play anything at max settings for hours (like Cyberpunk or any of the Assassins Creed games) with no problem at all. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and honestly consider it my most valuable material possession. Pickup at BestBuy was also exceptionally easy and it was ready within 24 hours.

I recently purchased a Cyberpower PC from BestBuy. It has an AMD Ryzen 7 3700X, 16GB Memory, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070, and a 1TB SSD. As of right now the PC works really well. I've seen other reviews of the computer not working to well or running hot, but I've not experienced that yet. The main reason why this computer is good for me is because of the CPU and the GPU. They are hard to come by on their own and this computer seems to come in stock a little more frequently than GPU cards. The reason why I am not giving it 5 stars is because of the issues I have had. This is my second of these computers, the first one I bought would not boot to Windows. It would startup and go through the BIOS and after that showed little green artifacts and then went to a black screen. I opened up the computer and made sure everything was properly seated, but it still did not work. This computer booted to windows just fine, however the windows license was not active, so I had to call CyperPowerPC and they sent my the Windows Procduct Key a day later. Other than those issues, I think this is a great option for a gaming desktop especially if you are looking for the 3070 card.

So far everything working smoothly. Pros: -I think the most valuable part of this product is its case, very simple to upgrade. It is capable to mount 3*120 fans at the front, and also 3*120 fans at the top. This means you can change to a 360 AIO water cooler and mount it on either the front side or top side. -The built-in cooler master 120 AIO water cooler is certainly enough for 3700x. -Acceptable price for getting a Gigabyte 3070 gaming oc in my case. (It is NOT the LHR model) Cons: -The DRAM did not enable the XMP as it arrives, need to enable it on your own through bios (3200Mhz). -The water-pump pins and cpu fans pins were connected oppositely (they connected the water-pump to the pins that supposed to be connected to fans), had to switch it by myself. -If you want to control the RGB lights by motherboard software instead of the buttons on the front panel, you need to connect the rgb cables of those fans to the ARGB pins on the MB by yourself. Conclusion: Reasonable price, but need some manual configurations to reach best performance. Simple for upgrades in the future.

I’ve been using my CyberPowerPC for 2 weeks now and the summary of my review is, yes, I would recommend this PC. I use it for Microsoft Flight Simulator which needs a strong PC to run in Ultra settings on a 4K monitor and this PC does it well. I get about 35 FPS average here. Setup was easy. I made sure the RAM was set to XMP in bios to get max speed from RAM. (It was set correctly). Other than that, plug and play. I usually have a second screen open to watch performance and temperatures while I play MSFS and found the temps were high in both CPU and GPU. I moved the CPU radiator stack to the front top of the case to pick up cool air from entry front fans and added a fan to the rear case and a fan to the top rear of the case to remove hot air from GPU. This improved temps but I wanted to do better so I removed the glass and metal coverings on the front of the case to let fresh air in unimpeded. Now with MSFS running full ultra graphics in 4K the CPU is at 52 C and GPU is at 76 C. So much for form over function. Still, I’m very happy with this PC and its best price point. Only other issue is, it is a bit fan noisy at full tilt MSFS even before I added the 2 fans. Noise okay in other computing tasks. Oh yeah, the mouse had been crushed a bit and the top button (GRB light control) was stuck down and still doesn’t react as it should. Other functions okay.

An overall great build for PC Gaming enthusiasts. This is probably one of the better pre-built PCs to settle for. Although, the buyer should be aware that the cooling for this unit isn't particularly the best. But it does have room for additional fans if you feel inclined to add some. This build does some with an RTX3070 which is a HUGE plus. It can run games like Doom Eternal and Sea of Thieves on Ultra settings like a dream. If you were like me and were having a rough time getting PC parts for your new modern build, getting this pre-built is one of the best choices for you right now. (If you can get it pre-ordered in time.) Note: I doubt it was CyberpowerPC's fault but, some of you may want to reinstall Windows 10 when you get this. One of the files on mine came corrupted, so I had to do a factory reset to get it working again and it's been running fine since.

This is the best deal I've come across. The build quality is amazing, whoever put together the pc I got, actually took the time to make it look as clean as possible. You're getting your money's worth, go ahead and see for yourself how much you would spend building it yourself. The keyboard and mouse included work fine and seem solid. Make sure you read the instructions and you'll have no problem setting up your pc. The specs seem to be the same for everyone, except for the gpu, the one I got came with an msi ventus x2 oc. Thermals are not great on this card, but it does the job. The components are fine for this price range and the pc is actually pretty fast. The box it came in was a little beat up, and had two punctures, but the inside packaging and the pc itself were fine. I'm really happy with the product I received and I actually want to thank everyone involved. Thank you!!!

Purchased this computer back in January for $1,350. First time buying a pre-built because parts are either out of stock or prices are inflated. Was able to run Warzone (very bad optimization) at 100-150 fps, averaging a constant 110fps at max settings, 1080p. Apex Legends runs 144 fps at max settings 1080p consistently. PC does get loud and runs pretty warm during long session. Overall, this PC could be better, but the value is great. Specs: - RTX 3070 Ventus 2x OC Worse version of the rtx 3070 with one of the lowest performance and cooling, but its still an RTX 3070 card. During gaming session, card runs hot, 75 to 85C. Really had my fingers crossed for any variants, but this one. Beggers can't be choosers I guess. - Ryzen 7 3700x Great AMD CPU, but it runs really hot, 80+ during gaming sessions. - Asrock B450M/AC Wifi Why?? The wifi, toss it out if you're gaming, but if you use it for bluetooth, fine. This thing is a micro, but the case is big enough to support a full MOBA. There are only one 1 4pin and 1 3pin fan header. If you want to add more fans you WILL need fan splitters. Personally, I'm not a fan of overclocking, but if you do decide to overclock, yes you can. But you will need a better cooler and case. - Cooler Master AIO The AIO is below average. The fans get really loud at full speed and even in idle its still very noticeable. The temperature is not the best with the CPU going above 80C. - Case ??? The case is ok looking, but it has one of the worst air flow. There is no mesh in the front, instead there are 2 gaps above and below for air, but it also allows dust to easily settle in so maintenance will be a pain. - Intel SSD 666P Fast loading and 1tb feels good. - 16GB Ram Crucial Ballistix 3000Mhz (2x 8GB sticks) Its ok. - Apevia 800W gold It gets pretty loud and I do not know this brand. Not modular, but plenty of power for the PC. - Stock Fans I'm not for sure, but I believe these fans are from cooler master because the design is the same with the AIO which is from CM. - Mouse and Keyboard Get yourselves better ones. - Operating System Windows 10 Home, luckily my PC came with windows, but if yours didn't make sure you contact customer service. If you do not have any issues with the temperature sweet, but if you do, taking off the side panel can be a little easy solution to temporarily lowering your temps. My temps drops by 5. I would recommend buying a better PSU, Case, and AIO if you have the budget and want your parts to last longer. I'm currently looking at some totaling at $350. An rtx is an rtx so I want the best for my boy.

This was my first PC and also first pre-built PC I've ever gotten. I got it at a lower price and I know this computer is a super hot commodity currently because of the GPU it comes with. Basically can't purchase a RTX 3070 on your own at retail price with the current supply and demand in the market. I would have given this a 5/5 star if it wasn't for the fact that my GPU was dead on arrival out of the box. I got horizontal green lines on my screen the minute I turned it on. Tried going through GeekSquad to set up an appointment, but I ended up just calling CyberPowerPC in the end just cause (1) i didn't want to lug my PC back to BestBuy just for them to take it in and contact CyberPowerPC and get a new GPU and (2) calling CyberPowerPC was faster. Biggest bummer was that I did have to pay for shipping to send back my defective GPU to and CyberPowerPC wouldn't cover the cost vs BestBuy probably would have just refunded me the PC, which I didn't want cause this model goes out of stock pretty quickly. It was either that or they probably would have gotten another GPU from CyberPower to replace it for me, which I didn't want to wait that long for. Ended up receiving a replacement GPU in 1.5 weeks. Besides the defective GPU, which is kind of expected since there is such a high demand > quality control for the RTX 3070, I'd say this computer has run like a dream once I got my replacement GPU! Definitely recommend this if the price remains reasonable. I will say the stock keyboard and mouse are not something to brag about and would recommend your own set of peripherals. Otherwise I'm pretty happy with this purchase and would recommend it to any new PC gamer like myself.

I've waited a few weeks to review, I wanted to make sure it booted up several times and ran various programs without crashing or BSODing. I bought a model C with the following: ryzen 7 3700x, rtx 3070, 16gb ram, 1tb NMVe ssd. So it's obviously a pretty powerful and modern desktop PC. I'm happy to say that I haven't had any issues! I haven't had any overheating problems with just the CPU and case fans that came with it. So far so good, though I haven't played a ton of hours on any games, I have tested its capabilities in a few newer titles. Finally, I've kept a close eye on temps doing various things, having read a review that caused me to question its cooling. The case doesn't SEEM to have great airflow yet in an A/C'd home the temps are fine; never exceeding 52C. I like it, and I look forward to building onto it in the coming years :)
