Got it the next day with everything working great! Recommend for others!

Excellent System, especially for the price! Had about an hour of driver downloads to get everything up and running properly. Solid purchase all around! Running MWF-Warzone, New World, Overwatch, CS, Ect on ultra with no issues. Recommend doubling up RAM & SSD.

10/10 Great price for a prebuilt. It has a lot of the specs I wanted, plus the case is beautiful. This is a major upgrade from the PC I was using before. The case has a door for easy access as well as many openings for airflow. There is also a back panel that is removable (with screws) for easy access to the other wires. I’m going to have to get used to Windows 11, but either way, it does its job. Everything was all set up when I opened the box and they did a great job with cable management so I don’t have to deal with that. The fan inside make little noise, but it’s not loud at all — with headphones on it’s not even noticeable. The set up was easy & I like that they included the sticker to show you where to plug in your HDMI cable for your monitor. I have yet to figure out how to control the RGB LEDs, but as of right now, it’s fine. There are tons of USB ports in the back as well as 2 additional USB 3.0 ports on top.

Got this PC 2 days ago and it was effortless to setup. I have it connected to an older monitor right now and this device still runs beautifully. Ready for my new monitor to come in and I will be set! This is a great purchase for those who are looking for a beginner PC w/ good specs.

Avoid at all costs! This PC is completely flawed. The Gigabyte motherboard supporting the AMD Ryzen 7 5770 has a 50/50 chance of containing a critical BIOS fault which cripples all your USB ports. Due to the B550 UD board BIOS package coming straight from the manufacture, none of the BIOS updates contain a permanment fix that AGESA 1.0.2 was supposed to correct. In fact, Gigabyte doesn't even have a BIOS flash containing the original fix on their site anymore and every package contains some update AMD pushed out which retriggered the issue 1.0.2 was supposed to fix. This leaves you playing messenger between AMD and Gigabyte trying to find a solution unless you strip your computer to RMA the board itself or replace it. I specifically bought this PC to NOT build my own. It should have been an easy purchase and then simply drop in some extra RAM. But instead, it's turned into a headache which has a chronic problem neither company seems to want to resolve.

Have had the machine for less than a month, but so far top notch! Fit and finish excellent and runs quiet and cool. I wanted to upgrade RAM to 32GB and CyberPower support was a great help to find me links to compatible memory. I especially like the interior layout and the swing door; having built a number of machines myself, I appreciate the upgradabilty.

This is an awesome prebuilt PC. I've had it for a couple of months. It was a starter PC for me so I could learn how to upgrade parts along the way and I did just that with a few things. It was extremely cost efficient and has helped me out a lot. Thanks CyberPowerPC and Best Buy for this awesome PC! :)

Caught this on a sale, and cannot beat the value of what came in it for the price. I usually build my own, but for the parts and price point I figured I could just fix or rebuild anything that was goofy. To my surprise, it's a well built machine, isn't bogged down with any bloatware, and I didn't see any components that couldn't be swapped out or were installed wrong.

worth it completely. one of the better prebuilts out there for the price

great value for the price. It comes with an actual push pull setup with the liquid cooling which was unexpected. The only issue I had was it does not include a screw for the second M2 SSD slot. Finding the right size screw can be a nightmare.

Runs most games really well and hasn’t given me any issues so far

Completely love this computer. The lights are great and I can play any possible game that has come out to this date. The cooling system came ready to go so setup was super easy. Customer support has been very helpful with diagnosing the issues I came across while setting up with aftermarket accessories. I would highly recommend the system for a quality is better than cost.

I bought this pc about 2 years ago and still going strong. Only thing upgraded so far was the ram from 16 to 32. Been pretty good to me so far.
