I love this PC, my only complaint is that i would love to be able to control the rgb lights without using just the button, none of the software i have downloaded has been able to control them.

Love my new pc! new to pc gaming and this model was recommended and I highly suggest cyberpowerpc to anyone that loves pc gaming!!

When the PC works, it is great. I've had issues with the fan lights coming on since purchased, would have to pay GeekSquad to figure it out. Even though I went the next day inquiring. Then while using it constantly goes to standby and cannot detect monitors. It seems to work well when it is able to be used. Just not worth what was paid for.

I would highly recommend staying away from CyberPowerPC. They use the cheapest Power Supplies and Motherboards in their system. They advertise using the specs of the Processor and GPU but everything else in the system is of the cheapest quality. My CyberPowerPC that I purchased in October of 2022 is completely dead now. Won't power on, no lights, nothing...Just sent it off to the Best Buy Service Center via Geek Squad using my Total membership but had to pay $99 deductible. I hope they simply junk it out and refund my money so I can get a different PC. Will never buy another CyberPowerPC again.

Desktop computer is exactly what my wife and I needed. We do some PC gaming, nothing too hardcore and loved the RTX ray tracing

Cyberpower has always really good laptops and PCs. I got lucky with this one being available at my local Best Buy. It's awesome!

Great PC for gaming. Can run anything. The keyboard and mouse are cheap and the lights in the PC failed. Other than that, works great.

So I was lazy in building my own gaming tower, so I did some research and my friend recommended CyberPowerPC, never bought one from them before, this is the 3rd day and I'm satisfied with the purchase, smooth gaming. One thing to note, the microphone and headset jacks are separate so think about getting one that connects with a USB and its combined. Good purchase for the price.

My son loves it. He said it is fast and does not over heat.

Easy to unpack and set up. Also runs great on fps games.

It’s a really good pc but after awhile I got an error with my gpu called customer support and they just had me remove the gpu and put it back but now a few months later I have the same problem tried the same solution and it didn’t work trying to figure out the problem now is a pain

So far, the hardware is 5 stars, but it comes installed with Asus AI Suite 3 which does not work on my configuration. I get error messages all the time. I'm wondering if they still think ASROCK motherboards are ASUS. Also, Ai Suite is impossible to uninstall. I've even tried using cleaners. Tell me how to get rid of Ai Suite or get me a version that works, and I'll change my review.
