Incredibly easy to get up and running. Packing was secure, and all the components worked with zero hassle. Was able to add an extra ssd and my old hdd smoothly, and had the whole system setup in under an hour. Will definitely buy through Cyberpower again once I need an upgrade!

its a good pc, gets you what you need in fps games but ive had it for about a year now and the lights on the fans stopped working randomly. ive noticed this has been an issue with this brand of pcs after doing some research online. kind of a blow.

After about 1 year. Right after the manufactorers earranty. The pc stopped working altogether. I replaced multiple parts, 1 at a time to discover the issue. Issue was not resolved, due to a bios stuck screen telling me to press F12. It would not work. Spent over 16 hours, digging theough reddit and other places to figure out the issue. A new motherboard, SSD, etc did not fix the issue. Had to buy a new one. Since it was out of warranty anyway, nothing could be done. The temepetaute of the pc also got rather hot. Sometimes blue screening under heavy load, with the stock cpu cooler and fans it comes with after testing.

I am extremely satisfied with this gaming computer! It runs very smoothly, and the response time is really fast! I am glad I went with this brand and model. This is the second Cyberpower computer I have purchased in the last four years. They are very reliable!

Works as expected. The LED cable had to be reconnected, but that is expected.

This is my first PC and I love it so far. The speed is phenomenal and the system is smooth and barely makes any noise. Initially had some difficulty operating it, but after reading the manual it was pretty easy to use. Very satisfied with the purchase!

I was in the market for a new pc and this one hit the sweet spot in terms of performance and value. Had issues playing warhammer darktide on my old computer and this thing runs it so smooth. Everything works right out of the box. Pickup was super Easy

the neon lighting of the inside makes it look better than other PC.

Package arrived well protected and the PC works very well so far! I did not realize there was a mouse that came with it inserted into the PC, and the foam was stuck which I had to break through to remove, but besides that everything was just as advertised, and it doesn't hurt that there are extra goodies added.

Bought in store, excellent customer service and product is a 10 out of 10
