I just got my PC and have had a blast. Everything came ready to go and was exactly how I wanted it. Will be playing for a long time.

PC has been working great! Small issue with the way the usb ports fit inside the case but it was an easy fix. Definitely recommend

Very solid PC to start off, made the process very simple for me. Caught it at a good price too. Easy to setup and get to playing.

Unboxed the PC, downloaded a few games from Steam, didn’t even get the chance to actually run any of the games before it shut down. Turned the PC back on to a “CPU Error” then a “CPU Temperature Error”. Went into BOIS and it was holding steadily at 85C. Wouldn’t come down. Said the three fans were working and the liquid coolant was working, but where they? Just got the PC and before I could even play one game it’s already overheating??? Definitely do not buy from CyberPower…

So far, so good! I recently bought this PC from Best Buy and I have got to say that it is an absolute BEAST! Highly recommend.

I bought one of these to replace my old laptop. After opening it and setting it up it worked for about 2 minutes before I restarted it and it then didnt work. I turned the power supply off and on and it worked, but there were green lines all over my screen. I also saw rhe rgb lights werent working. I returned it to bestbuy and they gave me a new one but that had the same issue, except the rgb lights worked that time.

I recommend to anyone who wants to get into the pc gaming scene. you get the best bang for your buck! this thing is a beast!

Just bought and received the CyberPowerPC - Gamer Supreme Gaming Desktop - AMD Ryzen 7 5700 -16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 - 1TB SSD White! It really exceeded my expectations in its appearance and amenities received. The desktop computer itself looks exactly like the picture provided on the Best Buy website the PC was bought from. It also came with a mouse and keyboard that wasn't included in the product description, which was a nice surprise. Overall, very happy with my new device!

Couldn't be happier. Huge upgrade from my laptop. I got an MSI GPU and man is this thing quiet. Runs fast, clean and quiet.

Great value for a pre-built gaming system with higher end specs. The RTX 3070 card and Ryzen 7 5700 processor drives everything we've thrown at it like a boss. We did upgrade the RAM to 32 GB out of the box, since it's economical performance insurance. The swing door makes easy access. Did think the fan was a little loud, but already not an issue. Wish there were a hardcopy manual for controlling the LEDs. I'm sure the info is online somewhere... Highly pleased with this purchase.
