After delivery of the first two one not working and the other broken from delivery, no fault of Best Buy’s. Our two new System’s work great, my boys are happy all is good!

Excellent PC comes game ready out the box with keyboard and a really great mouse. A+ Packaging, protecting eternal parts with filler. Would recommend to a friend.

Very happy with computer to set up was kinda tricky i had to download ge force computer didnt come with driver software installed. besides that all is great.

Received this Desktop. The front was pulled out. The side glass was all scratched up. The lights were not on. Lots of scratches on the white part. Told them I would take the desktop for a discount. Had to take back to best buy. Received the item again. Was way better some lights did not work and still haven't figured out how to get them to turn back on. Some scratches, but Ill manage. Overall I feel like for a 1500 dollar desktop should have looked alot better. I recently had a legion desktop. I would honestly would go back to that over this. Hopefully it works out in the end, but who knows.

This pc was so good for the price it runs game really well I get around 300 fps on valorant and 360 fps on fortnite in creative. Overall amazing for its price.

I love the pc. I had to call tech support it was less then a 5 minutes wait on the phone. They resolve the problem within 5 minutes. I would buy another pc from them again.

No issues with ordering or pickup. However the first PC had video card issues. Returned to Best Buy no problems and was able to get a replacement the same day. Staff was extrememely helpful.

Tried it out and its pretty cool, my unit was missing the mouse unfortunately. I don't know if this is something that happens all the time however, all the stuff that was there looks and feels great

We surprised my son with this system he was so excited. He said its the one he has been wanting for a while. Nice clean white/ clear case.

Fantastic switch to desktop! I've always had a laptop and decided to make the leap and I couldn't have picked a better prebuilt!

Great buy and has all the bells and whistles I need right now. Downside- I need to cover it because the light shines rather brightly

PC did run hot had to add three additional fans, PC came shipped with Non-functioning RGB fan. It's been running fine since start-up.

Awesome PC. Had an issue with some software not working with the compatible hardware and tech support took care of it very quickly.

The shipping was delayed from the weather but other than that it's awesome and runs well. You should consider buying one!

Only had for 4 days, will update again later. No issues with the actual computer so far. everything as advertised, boots quickly, runs well so far. I did 3 stars instead of 4 because of the hilarious fact that the actual cyberpower branded product (the free mouse) doesn't work. plug it into their prebuilt pc and it doesn't register a mouse existing or anything being plugged into a usb port. it gets power, there's light but nothing in hardware and the cursor will never pop up if you don't plug in a functioning mouse.

So far it's a great PC only issues Ive had is the RGB fan lights have a mind of their own and one of the HDMI ports on the motherboard were not cut out properly

Great PC for the price, was $1200 during Black Friday 2022 sales. Minor damage on the CPU heatsink, but besides that everything looked fine. Was well packaged.

Exactly above. And the fact that it has really good specs at a decent price (although i got it on black friday)

My son absolutely loved it! He is really into gaming and he was impressed. So were all of his gaming buddies.
