We bought this for our gamer teenager. He spent weeks troubleshooting issues. We finally called Geek Squad out. They confirmed it was likely a graphics card issue. So we returned it and opted to replace with the same. Only three days in with the new tower and having loads of issues again! Very frustrating. We are going to have a find a different brand I think.

A well kitted out computer for the price. Only downside I had was the less than stellar Intel Wi-Fi. A USB Wi-Fi adaptor solved that problem though.

Overall a decent system when it was working. I received this on the 12th of November, today is the 18th and I will be packing it back up for a return. The first 3 days were awesome, this runs COD on max settings no problem at all. I also work remotely partly and it handles workloads great..unfortunately for me I received a system with a faulty SSD that causes it to freeze into the bios half the time when booted up... Cyberpower were understanding and they basically told me to either send it to them for repairs or return it. I dont feel comfortable shipping my 1500 dollar PC back and fourth so it will be returned today. Also my PSU is now making funny noises so it just makes me uneasy about this whole system in general for the price you pay... wish there was more stock of these because now I will have to hunt for a new system since this one is out of stock for the holidays..bummer....but needless to say, the EVGA 3070 this has is a beast especially for the price. I have a buddy who has a similar 3060 based system with absolutely no issues from cyberpower. It has a nice hinged side glass panel that has a magnetic latch, and overall it really is a good looking computer. I am coming from a 2017 Xbox setup, while working off of a Surface pro laptop projected onto dual monitors...so either way this was a major taste of an upgrade

2nd desktop purchase from CyberPowerPC. Works like a charm so far. Even came with dual channel ram.

Was originally going to build my own PC but this cyberpower deal at best buy I could not pass up.

this pc build is definitely an upgrade from my recent pc. It also starts up instantly with it using a SSD

Maybe im just unlucky because after waiting 5 days to get this PC after trying to pick it up not even kidding 2 hours after unpakaging the computer literally nothing worked and it seems to be only happening to this computer, I restarted it, shut it down and even factory reset it but all the same issue it was actually unusable and im so dissatisfied right now.

Good pc, wish BestBuy would have the MB specs. MB= gigabyte 550 UD AC; Mouse shipped inside the PC Tower.

Best pc out a way better upgrade then what I had before.

The case is streamlined and thought through. Lights are pretty- 4 stars because I'm having a hard time figuring out the RGB. Great quality.

Awesome desk top! Works flawlessly and is extremely fast speed. I would recommend this to any gamer.

Absolute garbage computer, known issues as referenced in posts on reddit under /r/CYBERPOWERPC/ by other buyers who have purchased this model. Do NOT buy this, or frankly anything by CyberPowerPC at all. I sent this for an RMA and gotten it back over a month later only for it to have the EXACT same issue as previously. I'm currently working on a refund because this thing is NON-FUNCTIONAL and DOA.

The first one got decided to not work and returned it but the best buy employees help me out a lot got another one the same day

the lady helped me pick out this pc. my only complaint is that i cant get the front lights to work. will add 5th star if i can figure it out..
